The property was clean , safe and reflecting the statues of the property typically like the photos and dr.aya was very nice , elegant , reachable and very understanding , the supervisor Om Aya was really good, hospitable and very cooperative

We stayed 2 nights. The appartment is really nice and clean. communication with owners is really good through whatsapp : We add two issues (wifi and laundry machine) that were fixed really fast. Also there is a guardian everytime for the building

- towels a bit small - location a bit far From the center but easy to access with taxi / uber (cheap as well) - building is antiquated and not very clean but it is not a big issue

The apartment was so clean, organized, well furniture, the bathroom was clean and the owner put a hand soap and shower gel, it was a really good thing to do, there were also some clean towels for personal using which was a good move. The owners are very respectful and caring for our comfort.

It is impossible to really understand how amazing this penthouse is unless you experience it yourself. It is one of the nicest that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The communication between the host and ourselves was reassuring. They were messaging us and involved every step of the way. The apartment itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. It held all the amenities one would need on an extended vacation. We felt safe and secure throughout our whole stay. We will definitely be staying here again and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Alexandria.
