This could be superb place because of the location and pool area, but unfortunately this house smelled so bad that I can still feel it on my clothes after returning and washing them. I don’t know what was that - mould or cat pee, but it was super intense and didn’t make us feel comfortable staying inside. I would really suggest to get rid of that smell before renting this house. Pool area is really nice, pool is clean, location in quiet and very close to everything, free parking can be found easily nearby. And there really is a lemon tree with bunch of lemons.

No wine glasses. We were 5 persons and stayed 4 nights and we got 4 rolls of toilet paper. After asking for an extra rolls many time, we got told that they don’t supply paper for whole stay and gave us 2 more. I’ve never experienced something like that before. One of the showers has doors missing, the other one has drainage problems.

Brilliant location, facilities and management of our stay.

The Lemon House was beautiful! You can see the beach from one of the bedrooms on the top floor. The place was super comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated. Appreciated the key code entry to access the key upon check-in. The management company was super helpful and responsive.

The house was located very close to old town Albuferia which is great for walking to old town and the marina, but it got super crazy loud at night time. It was as if the band was playing inside the house!

smell inside the apartment

The location was great. It was super close to the beach, restaurants and some stores. The terrace was huge with loads of seating so you could relax in the sun. The property had a laundry room and drying rack which was great and all utensils, plates etc you’d need for meals. The transfer (both ways) was smooth and well organised. Really cute place!

The property had some plumbing issues - toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower didn’t drain well. The surfaces could have been cleaner on arrival. The bedding was inadequate for the time of the year. Our room had a sofa bed (not an actual bed) and was at the back of the house so no sun until late afternoon. Be sure to check which room you’ve booked!

Clean and near to all we wanted

Location great and was clean and spacious. Staff lovely and helpful especially when we locked ourselves out. The lady who came to help us out was lovely.

Air conditioning not in every bedroom which was a pity, this would be the only thing preventing me booking the property again. Needed an additional key for the doors as only 1 key worked but was difficult to open the door with it.
