There are beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean from every window and the gulf facing deck. This is the place to kick back on the deck in one of the four big rocking chairs and relax without the noisy mobs that come with the larger buildings. When my wife and I purchased this condo, the two things that captured us immediately were the great views everywhere and the convenient location. Your can simply park your car and take a short beach walk to the brand new State Fishing Pier to the east or stroll to the west and you will find the famous Sea & Suds beach restaurant, the pink pony pub and the new 'Hang Out' beach restaurant with great food and live entertainment.
