Primary bedroom has a King bed, with 32" flat screen TV, and deck with great views of the ocean and pool. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds that have a double bed on the bottom, twin on the top and a twin trundle underneath, and a flat screen TV. Carport parking space. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*

We have been renting condos at Pismo Shores for many years now. It's a nice well maintained compound with ample parking and great security. Bill Day, the property super, is always so friendly, helpful, professional and is very dedicated to the upkeep of the overall property.
The specific condo we stayed in appeared to have been upgraded in recent years. eg. popcorn ceilings were gone, light switches, led can lights etc. Very comfortable king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with all the basic utensils.

We have rented from Coastal Vacation Rentals for six years now and had a very good experience. This unit was new to us and chosen based on a recommendation from the staff. We were very pleased - probably the best experience that we have had over these six years

Loved the location and the property grounds
The condo was not so clean. For the cost of the rental I expected a cleaner place. Also there was no frying pan available in the kitchen. It made cooking a little tricky.. I would have brought one..we loved pismo! But I think I would rent another unit

Great stay at Pismo Shores!?
My family and I really like staying at Pismo Shores. We have stayed at that location for many years. It is always a great time. Coastal Vacation Rentals is always available if we having problems. Like this year no hot water,and the coffee maker broke. We will be returning next year. ?

Our family really enjoys staying in this unit. It is well (if not over) furnished. Great views from the Master balcony and easy access to the pool and beach.

Shower door was broke when we arrived, several lights throughout unit needed to be changed. Cobbed webs all over the living room and master bedroom. bunk beds mattress was in very poor condition. My kids were unable to sleep on the mattress.

The spa was out of order for several days because of a part needed for repair. Only one of our keys worked for the gates. The other key you had to jiggle alot or hope someone else came along to let you in or out. Otherwise we love Pismo Shores condos. Thanks, Carol O

Nice Condo
This was our third year at Pismo Shores. This unit was clean and the updated kitchen is small but functional. We stayed on the opposite side from our previous stays at Pismo Shore closer to the main gate. It was noisy when the garbage truck came. No other negatives. It's a great location. Steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and stores. We didn't have to load the kiddies into the car.

Pismo Beach Beach Front Condo
We have been staying in Pismo Beach at Pismo Shores for the better part of the last 25 years and absolutely love the location. Unit 148 is one of our favorites! My only negative is that the office staff at the rental agency is not very friendly. The reservation process is smooth, but when you go into the office to pick up or drop off the keys it is as if you are interrupting. I personally do not appreciate that especially when we are paying upwards to $250 per night! Other than that, the place was clean and well appointed. Not all the units are as well appointed.
