Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer. Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved. 2 Car Garage This property has a Ring Doorbell Camera or similar recording device at the front door. This property does not include a vehicle charger. Guests bringing an electric vehicle will need to notify Coastal Vacation Rentals in advance if they would like charging privileges, an additional fee does apply. PERFECT!
PERFECT! We’re still talking about how it couldn’t have been any better for us. We took our dog, so our only necessity was to walk everywhere with her and allow her to enjoy her stay too. We went to restaurants with patios, the beach, enjoyed drinks at several places, and simply relaxed at the house.
The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located as mentioned in the description. We will definitely be going back for another vacation and add a couple more days.

Gorgeous ocean view
The property is steps away from the beach with ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The rooftop patio is great too. The Coastal Vacation Rentals staff are friendly and very responsive. We definitely want to stay there again.

This location was perfect. Lovely views and updated interiors. Kitchen was great for cooking and enjoying the view. There are many stairs in this unit, so it is not for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful House, Beautiful Viewa
We had a wonderful family get away in Pismo Beach and the house accommodated us well. We loved the upper observation deck and strolling on the beach with our coffee.

Beach Oasis - Walk to the beach or walk to downtown
What a fantastic townhome so close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach every day and then walk downtown for coffee, cinnamon rolls or lunch. This home is close to everything - the stairs to the beach, downtown Pismo and Price Street for more restaurants. There are also two garages for your use. The main living area is on the third floor, so you can eat and watch the waves from the dining room table. The beds were comfy, lots of supplies and we were able to cook a couple of gourmet meals in the kitchen.

Fun and relaxing
As always we had a great time . The condo we rented was amazing, it was clean and comfortable and decorated beautifully. We will absolutely rent it again .

Great location, tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Highly recommend! The only two drawbacks are parking in the garage (tight) I'd recommend bringing smaller vehicles. And you might have to wait up to 30 days to get your security deposit back. Mine only took two weeks.

The house was clean and welcoming! The views are just incredible especially sitting on the roof watching whales play!! Huge added bonus and the house had everything you could ask for!

Perfect Stay
The property is spacious, well equipped and clean. The views are incredible, particularly from the roof top deck. You're close to the beach, dining and shopping and the sound of the surf will put you to sleep at night. The entire rental process was easy and convenient and the property managers very responsive. We will definitely be back. Be advised there are a lot of stairs to climb so I would not recommend to someone who has trouble walking.

Gorgeous views and elegantly appointed
This home was absolutely stunning yet comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals during our stay, and it was obvious the owners had taken pains to think of all the things their guests might need. The beds were extremely comfortable; the linens - bedding and towels - were all high quality and plentiful. We availed ourselves of the washing machine and dryer during our stay since we stayed for over a week. Everything, again, was fantastic. And the views, location, were unparalleled for an enjoyable, perfect Pismo retreat. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway
Our stay was great. I traveled with children and they were amazed at the beach view and all the games. The house was clean and very comfortable to stay at. We extended our stay an extra night.

Great location and views!
Reserving the townhouse was simple enough but when the rep called to confirm our contract and go over a few details, her computer was very slow and the conversation took much longer than expected. Also we had to draw up the contract several times due to missed details about our pet. The property itself was a pleasant surprise. The moment we walked in, you could tell it was professionally cleaned. It smelled fresh and new. The location and views were the best feature. Having a balcony and a rooftop patio was a huge bonus. There were a few downsides which are easily fixed. The corners of the living carpet are trip hazards. Those need to be taped down or the carpet needs to be replaced because it's curled upwards. I almost fell several times and we had to put an object on 2 corners to prevent falls. Second, there were not enough garbage cans in the house and we couldn't find the main outside bins that were supposed to be in the garage. Third, there was no dishwasher detergent to do manual dishwashing, only dishwasher pods were provided. Again, very minor things. Overall, we would return to stay at this property!

We have visited this property 3 times now and every time it is so cozy and the view is amazing! The only tricky part is parking in the garage.

What a view!
I am such a big fan of the location and the view. My family is, unfortunately, growing out of the space. My only complaint is I wish it had a few more bedrooms. Oh, and the fridge froze my watermelon.

Dirty Carpets/Dirty Windows
Could have been better had the carpets and widows been clean. Would not walk on the carpets barefoot. Had wonderful windows to view the beach but they were so dirty we paid to have two of them cleaned so we could enjoy the view.

Close to the beach
Enjoyed the location. Disappointed that the airbed was not useful as advertised - it didn't hold air. Also, the garage codes didn't work. When I mentioned this to the mgmt company, they were already aware of this.
