The house is big, very spacious and has better conditions than we could have imagined! Communication with the owner was very easy, the agreement was correct and Maria, who welcomed us, was very kind. The house has 2 separate bedrooms and two that are connected and through which one you have to pass to the attic space, where there are two more large beds. There are 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, a huge kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room, there is also a huge outdoor area that can be used brilliantly when the weather is nice.

The conditions are much worse in those two connected rooms than in the other two, so some of the guests is in a less favorable situation. The accommodation is ideal for a younger team or 6 more serious people, who expect a certain standard of service. My friends who were in the attic complained about the dust. In the accommodation, there was very unusual and uncomfortable bed linen that makes you sweat a lot, the owner should think about more natural and comfortable materials.

Tivemos problemas com baratas e a banheira devia ter um vazamento que alagou o quarto, mas prontamente pediram desculpas pelo inconveniente e disseram que iriam resolver a situação. Quero deixar claro que a casa estava muito limpa, mas, infelizmente, problemas com 'bicharocos' podem existir, o que é sempre chato, é claro, mas numa casa é sempre mais provável...

The hostess was super nice. The house is huge and fits more than 8 people. The location is also very convincing.

The house is HUGE - we had the entire 4-storey at our disposal. We never use the attic and the basement anyways. however, the facilities are simply superb. You have a couple of balconies to have your meals, with a great view of the ocean. The house, as everywhere in Madeira, is built on hill-side. You park your car on the main street and then climb down the stairs. It is a really charming neighborhood. The hostess was waiting for us on arrival and was welcomed us enthusiastically - she along with her son, explained everything about the house. All the amenities you need for a great stay were present. We loved it.
