This is an absolute gem to stay in Tunis. 1000% recommended- absolutely loved everything about the place. It’s a very clean and traditional Tunisian town house. The highlight is the warm pool which is all yours for the stay. The water is warm enough even when it gets chilly in the evenings. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The owner‘s uncle picked us up from the airport and at the house we were also greeted by the owner’s mother, the two even gave us a little tour around the house to show us places to eat, supermarkets, ATMs etc.. Throughout the whole stay they were very super responsive and hospitable beyond expectations. We felt very welcome! If you’re thinking about booking- just do so, you won’t regret!

The house is amazing. Having a private pool right outside the room is priceless, expecially when its quite hot outside. The houst was really nice to us and provided help for transportation. There was the possibility of ordering dinner, and the food was fresh and high quality. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay

We were there in a period of high heat, so it was a bit hard to move around. After dark the location is a bit intimidating, but in general I had the impression that was quite safe.

The place was spotlessly clean, an oasis in big Tunis. The pool was so refreshing after a hot summer day walking out in the city, and the perfect temperature. Every single detail was thought of. It was incredibly quiet; we had everything we needed, and more. It was so peaceful, we spent more time just enjoying the place than we expected, usually we're out and about exploring most of the time. The hosts (mom Raja and son Youssef) are amazing, very thoughtful; Youssef met us at the airport off our delayed 1am flight and was very patient and kind, and timely. Raja and Youssef also met us at the end of the trip, and Youssef took us to the airport to get our rental car - he even parked and walked all the way to the car place with us. Incredible people and place. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

The house and courtyard is simply lovely, well maintained, and very clean. The owner left us with fresh citrus and dates, and a few other items to eat, which was very hospitable. The house feels very secure. For those who enjoy walking in the old city, the house is very convenient. For a reasonable fee, we were met at the airport by a car driven by the owner. This worked wonderfully. The driver was personable and knowledgeable and helpful. The owner was extremely helpful in accommodating special requests. The entire residence is located on the ground floor, making for easy entrance and exit (after one becomes accustomed to using the locks on the two doors, which work just fine).

The weather was a bit chilly in the evenings (maybe 10-11 C, more or less), and while the bedrooms have heating units, the house as a whole is not heated, which is completely natural and understandable given the average temperatures in Tunis. Depending on the travelers' tolerance for a slight chill, this might be an issue in the "dead of Winter" Tunis-style.

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and the location is great, The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, thank you to Raja for her kindness and making us feel welcome. This house is a real hidden beauty. Thank you so much it's definitely 5* inshallah we will visit again.
