Centrally located in the city with most areas being accessible. The place was clean with beautiful views. Their response was quick once I raised some concerns. I was even transferred to a different apartment after I had issues with locking my door.

I had to request for things like toiletries, dustbin etc plus i had to ask for housekeeping the following day since no one came to clean. I also struggled with locking my door.

The position was very good, the view from the swimming pool and the room awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable!

There wasn't hot water in the shower. We had the flight early in the morning and they offer us pick up service to the airport, eventually the driver did not come and we had to call a taxi last minute

Need to improve basics - floor towel in the bathroom, additional tissue (at least one roll per day)

The apartment is located close to a monorail station (Bukit Nanas), so is easy to get to from the airport by first catching the train to KL Sentral and then the monorail from there. Located in the Platnium highrise complex, it provides great views and is within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, an outdoor night food court (very cheap but good) and shopping mall (all close to each other).  Huge apartment (especially from one) with lots of accessories. No reception but easy to contact staff for assistance. Sky bar and swimming pool, both on the 51st floor are a bonus. Good value for the money
