I came here for a Memorial Service and two other adults were there who were part of the family. We came from three different locations. I am very thankful, and I like the location. It did meet my expectations and standards. I did use Lyft often due to being away from the city of Phila. Lyft was very expensive for all the places we went just for the Memorial Services. We did not do the site seems due to focusing on what we came for and not having enough time to visit museums and other attractions We enjoyed the rooftop setting. We had breakfast out there. The sky was lovely and even made the pictures beautiful. The entire place had large windows with great sunlight coming in. The Franklin Bridge was the view. The other buildings' views were great. Finally, I can say it is A place where you can enjoy it. A place where you can transform. A place where you can take terrific pictures on the rooftop and around the building area.

the only draw back is the walls are paper thin so I was able to hear the neighbors music during the day.

The location is Olde City is great. It's a short - less than 10 minute - walk to the 2nd and Market Streets subway. The neighborhood is very interesting - lots of galleries, cafe's, and historical sites to see and enjoy. You can walk to Independence Hall in 15 minutes. Chinatown is a 20 minute walk.

The noise level of the highway was disruptive and affected our sleep, even with the white noise generator that was provided. We kept the noise generator on, the heating system fan running, and wore ear plugs! There were two minor-ish inconveniences. First, we were in the street level apartment and we couldn't roll up the window shades because every pedestrian would be looking straight into our living area or bedroom. Thus, it was as if the apartment had no windows. The windows are very tall and they could put privacy blinds (or film) on the bottom half and leave the top open. Finally, there is no shelf or place in the bathroom to put a toiletries kit. For travelers, this is very inconvenient.

Bathroom was big. Tea and coffee machines provided. Main bed was comfy. Washer in the room. Smart TV.

The sofa bed was broken. Room 101. Our third guest had to sleep on the “sofa” since the “bed” didn’t work. The back part of the bed was not stable and kept falling. I used the chat to ask Sonder to fix it and they told me someone would take a look right away but the problem wasn’t fixed, so either nobody came or they came and didn’t fix it. If you have four guests you will definitely need to book a room with two actual beds. Also, the curtain/blinds didn’t work. We used the remote and we could hear the motor working but the curtains didn’t go up or down. I also used the chat and they said they would have someone come fix it but the issue wasn’t fixed.

I really enjoyed the location. Everything was in walking distance and then some. Loved being able to wake up, go out, and walk around to enjoy my day. Also the place itself was very nice and a lovely set up. They also had the place stocked so I didn’t have to worry about supporting my living with appliances and dishes ready.

The comfort of the temperature. Maybe being a place that has some humidity made that feeling, but it felt like swamp cooling. My sheets always felt damp, like I was sleeping on a damp bed and pillows. I would wake up drenched in sweat, even with the temperature set to 69 at nights. So had some restless nights

There is no desk provided. It will be better if a desk and a chair are available for some ad-hoc working needs.

The unit was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations.

The parking was atrocious!!!! The only parking in a 6 block area was limited to 2 hour parking. We had to move our car every 2 hours. When we did find a parking space near the building we didn't want to leave because we knew we wouldn't be able to find another one close. There were parking enforcement officers continually monitoring the parked cars. We talked with her about parking and she said they are very strict on the 2 hour parking until 9pm then they don't start checking again until 8am. So at least we didn't have to move the car in the middle of the night. Thank goodness!!! The app Sonder recommends you use for parking was a joke. It directed us that the closest open parking spot was 2 miles away. Unsure why the owners don't obtain a parking space in the gated lot behind the building and let the renters use the spot. Another issue was the noise level of the other tenants in the building. Our unit was on the 5th floor and the unit above ours had small children who ran, threw things, and dropped thing until 2am each night we were there. You could hear the parents yelling at the kids continually, especially on the master bathroom.

I loved this place so much. I literally never leave reviews but this was the best hotel/stay I have ever been at ever. You have just found a lifetime customer. I will never stay at another place again. Sonder for life!

I like that it has 2 bathrooms, very comfortable pillows and queen beds in each room (there was also a pull out side in the living room but we didn’t use it). Enough space in the living room for our 2 kids. Kitchen and and bathroom stocked with your basic needs. Plus, there’s a roof top area you can hangout.

Great location in the historical part of the city. Spacious, clean apartment furnished in a very nice, modern design. The entire building seems still very new. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea, dishwasher tabs, detergent, kitchen towels, shower gel, shampoo etc provided. Very comfortable bed.

Would have given the place a 10, if it wasn't so noisy. Building is right next to a highway crossing. I am a good sleeper, but needed the provided white noise generator to not get woken up at night. Earplugs are provided. There seems no personnel present. Upon arrival on a Saturday, light bulbs of both bedroom lights were broken and were only replaced 48 hours later (on Monday).

property don’t have a parking lot, parking in the near by street was extremely difficult, had to park my car 10 block away from the property.

The space was clean. I liked the spacious windows, and the washer and dryer. The beds were clean and comfortable.

There were noisy guests all around, and all night long they were pretty loud. It doesn't seem like the apartment is insulated very well, and we heard noise under the door, so this might not be the right spot for someone with kids. I didn't mind because I had headphones, but it should still be noted. Storing luggage was a problem. Our flights didn't leave until later that evening, so it would have been really nice to have an onsite option. The alternative provided wasn't close, and closed at 4, so we ended up heading to the airport early and waiting for our (then delayed) flight for hours that may have been spent otherwise.

I love that there was 24/7 customer service. I loved how clean it was. I loved how safe I felt staying here. Even though I had trouble checking in because my phone wouldn't scan my face,had to use someone's IPHONE, I see now why it was necessary. I loved that it has in unit laundry facility.

I didn't like how hard the bed was, felt like sleeping on a cement block, I had to use the comforter out of the closet for extra cushioning.
