Sängyt olivat mukavat. Huone oli puhdas ja hyvän kokoinen. iso jääkaappi.Sijainti oli hyvä .

Huoneeseen ei oltu asennettu mitään verhoja ja sälekaihtimet olivat rikki. Jouduimme hakemaan kaupasta lakanoita ja ripustamaan ne ikkunoiden eteen , ettei ohikulkijat näe sisälle. Huone oli tosi askeettinen. Sängynpäädyt ja jotkut kivat verhot olisi tehnyt jo huoneelle ihmeitä. kylpyhuoneessa oli hanat irronneet seinästä ja suihkupää vuoti. kylpyhuone oli ahdas. Keittiössä ei ollut tarpeeksi keittovälineitä ja paistinpannuja oli 2 , joista toinen käyttökelvoton ja toinen oli pieni .Olisin myös kaivannut enemmän pikkulusikoita ( niitä oli 2 kpl) ja valutus säleikköä spagetille. Myös toinen kunnon kokoinen kattila olisi ollut hyvä. Olimme 4 yötä ja ei ollut välisiivousta. Veimme itse roskat ja haimme puhtaita pyyhkeitä toimistosta. Henkilökuntaa ei näkynyt yhtenä päivänä ollenkaan...olisin kaivannut wc paperia , jota ostin sitten kaupasta. Uima-altaassa vesi oli tosi kylmää. Olimme joulukuun puolessavälissä. Takuumaksu oli huimat 200e , vaikka huoneessa ei olisi edes ollut mitään hajotettavaa.

Recent, tasteful renovation; fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Large closet for longer term stays. Touch on bed side table lamps. Quiet split system A/C. Cute pool.

Location was close to beach. Nice pool. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean.

Street was noisy. So no bureau to put cloths. Found out other rooms had shelves in an kind of storage area near the bedroom/bathroom. Our room only had a very high shelf to high for us to reach as I am 5'9". We used the ironing board that we placed under the TV to store our cloths. Night tables were really small. Not much area around the pool.

There was no breakfast. Had small kitchen area. It was nice.

No heated pool. Water was cold. No laundry area.

They need to put a light above the sink in the bathroom… Not enough light in the bathroom The staff was also rough to deal with because of the language barrier so you had to call remote people with requests. The first room I stayed in was number four and the bed was great but the room at number one had a very saggy mattresses.

I booked this place as a 3 star hotel, but it turns out neither the description, or the pictures match the reality. It is very small, poorly maintained, the reception is in the laundry and the staff is non-responsive. I had to go find a different hotel to stay.

A gem one block from the beach in close proximity to restaurants right on the beach. Rooms are updated and quite large, this is for those who are looking for a smaller boutique hotel/motel Florida experience, not the 5 star hotel feel. Office isn't open 24/.7 Check-in is done by phone. When you arrive, you'll send your ID and CC, and they will text you back room code and information. The pool was great. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a small hotel/motel which made the pool a lot more enjoyable.

The owners should attache to the booking process on all 3rd party sites a message once booked that explains the check In process I see from the reviews and my own experience it can feel a bit shady when you get there and you're told that you need to send an ID CC via text etc. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay

I liked the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the room. We also liked being able to have the option of checking in early and check out late. Location was also very good.

We could have used a luggage rack in the room for our suitcase instead of placing it on the floor. Also maybe some area rug or carpet in the room would have been nice since it was cold over Christmas Weekend this year.

The staff was great...the room was very comfortable...the facilities was very clean..house service was excellent..I like the idea of a kitchen...good cable TV also..

I wish there was a security box...but the area was safe and I was made to feel comfortable. I am a single older woman also

This property is in a great location. You are right off the beach with easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. You even have a view of the ocean from the second floor. The room was spotless when I walked in, it smelled very clean and everything looked brand new. The room is fairly big, doesn’t feel cramped like other hotel rooms. It had a giant walk in closet before the bathroom which I didn’t know before showing up. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and its bigger than I thought. This is a great room for a couple. The staff was very nice, they let me keep my luggage in the office before check in so I could walk around/go to lunch. If I’m ever visiting again, I’ll be sure to book this property.

Only thing I noticed was wrong with the room was the toilet was very wobbly but it’s an easy fix. Everything else seemed brand new/newly renovated.
