Beautiful property with every amenity you’ll need. Great location in a safe, fun neighborhood. Would return any time I was in the area. I personally thought the garage was kinda of greenish rather than yellow, but i loved being able to store the car in the garage.

We came to town for the Bourbon and Beyond Music Fedtival and chose this cute home for our stay. Great location - walking distance to fun shops and restaurants. Hope to rent this again for next year’s festival!!

Great place to stay. Very clean. Close to restaurants and shops. Not too far of a drive to the distilleries- you could actually walk if you wanted to! Bed was very comfy and while we didn’t cook the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!

We went to Louisville Ky to celebrate our anniversary and to enjoy visiting some distilleries. Chris’ place was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and convenient to access the area to visit the sights of Louisville and the surrounding area. There are several eateries within walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the fact that there were board games and a bourbon barrel checkers game. The use of the garage was a big plus. We would recommend Chris’ place to friends and family looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

It was kind of hard to find using the directions on maps. It is actually an alleyway entrance instead of on the street listed. The directions on the email that I received stated that it was the only yellow garage door on the street. The garage door is faded and appears beige, not yellow as I was searching for. Also there were multiple trash cans blocking the entrance at the garage. The outside of the property made us concerned for where we were staying and what we were staying in, but once we entered the rental, it was very clean and well appointed and we felt at ease. I would stay here again.

We loved this rental for our four night stay in the heart of the highlands. The rental is updated, clean and well stocked. We especially loved the location and being able to walk to lots of great restaurants and shops! Highly recommended.

Our Stay at the Bourbon Bungalow was 100% perfect for my Family's visit to Louisville Kentucky. Clean, Cozy and Complete with all Amenities.
Location was so Convenient also to Louisville Expo center- 10 min drive.
Owner was so helpful and responded immediately.
Definitely, recommend stopping by the coffee shop and bakery, delicious Red velvet cake.

First of all the property owner was exceptional! We couldn’t find the proper remote and the property owner rode a bicycle for miles just to come solve our problem, and was super easy to talk to. The place is completely renovated with beautiful artwork enough space for a family of four or six to enjoy your vacation. The owner thought of every possible amenity right down to a miniature sewing kit which I did need during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and not a lot of places in Louisville. Have actual offstreet parking as far as rentals go this rental has a two car garage!!! The backyard spot with the fire pit is so beautiful and relaxing. I look forward to coming and spending a weekend when I have no requirements except to relax! And this will be my spot I will be staying!!!

The bungalow was a great base for a getaway to Louisville. Only a few minutes drive from downtown, and lots of great restaurants, bars, and other uniques shops within walking distance. The bakery around the corner is a must visit.

This location was perfect for my family. It was extremely close to downtown which is where we had to be each day during our stay. The host thought of everything it seems. The rental was loaded up with all the supplies we needed. It was a great quiet location which is just what we needed for our stay. We are so glad we found this place.

Apartment is as advertised. Close to everything. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We did have an issue but it was resolved quickly and the owner went above what he needed to, to take care of it.
If i could make any suggestions it would be to put blinds on the lower windows in the kitchen for more privacy and to have a binder or something with the check out directions clear and maybe restaurant suggestions, grocery store info etc in there also. I have been to other vrbo homes and they had that available which was quite helpful to have a locals take on what is good in the area. If I hadn't looked in the guest book I would not have known what we needed to do for check out.
If I have to come to the area again I would book this apartment again.

The perfect vrbo for a weekend getaway to Louisville. Loved the indoor garage parking and the fenced in yard for our dog. We would happily recommend!

This place is so fun and has some great small but memorable amenities! It was perfect for a family of 4 and 1 dog. Great location with a dog park and plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. This was our first time in Kentucky and we can’t get over how love it was and how much there is to see and so just in Louisville alone!
The fire pit is a great plus, I just wish there was a table and chairs out there to sit and eat after grilling out.
We did so many great things and if we ever come back to this area will definitely stay again!!

My family and I recently enjoyed a 2 day stay in LV at this property. The description is 100% accurate and there was no surprises. The property is located above a garage but very spacious and well done. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get to all the tourist destinations. For families with a big SUV, you will not fit in garage but there is plenty of street parking and safe to walk to and from.

Very nice property in a vibrant neighborhood. There were many fun things to do and great places to eat and drink. I don't want to spoil any surprises, but the owner has some minor surprises and small touches that makes you feel extra welcome.

Great place, good communication, easy access, alley is tight with a pickup truck, but thats to be expected in a neighborhood such as this. Very happy with the rental, as were all my travel mates.

We found Chris’s property easily, and found that everywhere we wanted to go in the city was within an easy 10-15 drive from the property. There’s a super cute cafe/catering operation on the same block, so bonus delicious breakfast options. Garage parking felt luxurious for these city-dwellers and we’d be happy to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice, clean, well-stocked condo. It was slightly awkward sharing the yard with the adjacent condo, but not too bad as they didn’t come outside often. The location was more urban than I expected, but I probably just didn’t read the details closely enough. Communication with the owner was exceptional, and our daughters loved the bunk beds and the cozy little second bedroom. Overall, a great place to stay if your running around Louisville!

Still a few remodeling items needed but definitely felt like home away from home. Had a phenomenal bakery right around the corner and is a short drive (45 minute walk), to quite a few distilleries!!

Property worked great for us. Had everything we needed and a lot of great amenities. Having a garage was a huge plus to not have to worry about parking. Spent a lot of time driving around to the different distilleries so just didn't spend much time there. Worked out nice to headquarter for the trip and drive from each day though. Lots of great food options around as well.

Perfect little get away spot in Louisville! Stocked with lots of small touches that made the stay very comfortable. Lots of walkable restaurants, bars and shops. Would stay here again!
