Property was very nice. Location is excellent. Gym was great. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Probably wouldn’t have found this out if the weather was nicer during our stay. That is our only complaint.

We really enjoyed our time at the Avalon Club! Such a beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach at Clearwater!!! Pool was warm! It was nice they had a gym! Rooftop bar was nice!!!! Our unit was very clean, minimalist furnishings, great space! All the staff was so friendly and very helpful! Would stay again….and again….

Fantastic place. Clean and bright, great helpful staff at front desk. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Beautiful sunsets from the roof top bar! Close enough to great eating spots and the beach, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. I would stay here again!

This property is immaculate and spacious. Really loved it. Only negative…the gym doesn’t open until 0900 in the morning and I am a gym fanatic who is up very early. Maybe change the gym hours.

We had a quick trip to Clearwater because we were in Tampa for a sporting event and then spent a couple of nights and a day on the beach. There were 2 couples in our party and the 2 room, 2.5 bath was perfect. We were right on the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for us. The pool deck and pool bar were great for relaxing and watching the sunset. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was located right on the beach, and was also close to many great restaurants. The staff was amazing, and the place had beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for us to use, which was very nice! View from the pool deck is beautiful, and was nice to enjoy the sunset there. Will be coming back!

Great location. The entire building is very clean and the staff is amazing. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The only recommendation I have is to lower the required daily rate for chairs and umbrellas. At that price I would expect more of a beach service where the chairs and umbrellas are already set up on the beach. Aside from that the unit and location was excellent. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask😊.

This spot was great for privacy from kids with having another room on the opposite side of the apartment. Pool was nice and heated, ocean with nice beach a very short walk across the parking lot. Walkable distance to peir 60. Fresh towels and out own laundry amenities was great! I would recommend this place!

This property is in a perfect location. Close enough to town to walk to everything yet just enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peaceful setting of the beach. The property is extremely clean and spacious. The rooftop bar and pool were both a lovely addition to our stay. The sunsets from the roof were incredible. The proximity to the beach was perfect. An easy 1 min walk. We can’t wait to come back!

Avalon is great as is Clearwater. Unit was clean and location is fantastic as are the facilities. Unit faces the street and is next to elevator so a little noisy at times but otherwise great.

Great place to stay. Out the door and short 15 steps and you’re in the white sand. Loved the chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use. Friendly staff and very clean.

We spent two days here and just loved how convenient it was for 5 ppl. JUst a few steps to the beach with not a lot of other people around. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary coffee bar was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Also loved the roof top bar with light snacks!

The listing is 100% accurate. The apartment is beautiful, in a great location. Right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The building offers chairs, umbrellas and beach toys included in the $30 resort fee(not included in booking, we knew ahead of time). The building itself is very nice as well. Close to many restaurants and the main strip(5 min walk).
We did have an issue with the hot water heater while we were there, it was handled in a reasonable amount of time.
Would stay again.

Clean, well stocked, great location, wonderful guest service. This was the perfect condo for 2 couples spending a long weekend in Clearwater Beach. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, beds and pillows were comfy, and everything was super clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at no additional cost which is a great perk since you are only a few steps away from the beach. Pier 60 and most attractions are about a 15-20 minute walk. Guest service went above and beyond. I 100% recommended this property.

Property is in a great location. Just a few blocks from the heart of all the activity and an easy walk to enjoy it. Location is right on the beach. Fantastic staff; super friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely consider staying there again.

We were there for a nearby wedding. Location was great, execution/property better. The 5th floor pool and view is very, very good. walking distance to Frenchy's and shopping. Easily would stay there again.

Property was very clean and spacious. It is not a ocean view but that did not matter to us. Coffee bar at the property could have been better No Milk? We are looking forward to staying again next year. Beds were also comfortable.
