The house was a great setting for a holiday family gathering. With four families coming together, the number of bedrooms and baths was a good fit, as well as different places to hang out together (or separately when a little space was needed :) It was much too cold to use the outside amenities, but they looked appealing. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Great experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay! The check in/check out process was really easy. The personalized sign welcoming us and snacks provided we’re a great touch! There was even a Christmas tree already decorated when we arrived! We did not expect that. We would definitely stay in this home again. Janine was VERY responsive and kind. This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

This property is the best VRBO we have ever stayed. The property is spotless, roomy and was very welcoming. There were 5 of us and everyone had a beautiful room. If our family decides to stay in the Minneapolis area again this property will be first on the list.

The house was amazing. The owner really went out of her way to make this house feel like a home. The house was clean, decor was amazing, beds were comfortable and everything you can think of was available from snacks, soda, water just like a hotel and even a personalized welcome sign. Although my family was visiting for a sad occasion, the experience in this home felt like home away from home with no issues to check in or out and communication was immediate without any issues. Thank you for allowing your home to be a temp home for us.

This property was everything we needed and more. It is in a convenient location and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Backyard outdoor area is very welcoming. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This home is gorgeous and the host is absolutely fantastic!! There were 5 of us and we had a great weekend staying at Janine’s home. I have stayed at multiple VRBO‘s, and this by far was the absolute best. She thought of everything from the decorating to the welcoming baskets and the mini fridge being supplied. And the communication with her was absolutely top notch. She responded immediately to any questions that we had. We even left an item behind and she mailed it back to us the very next day.
If your looking for a very comfortable home in the Twin Cities, book this home immediately, you won’t regret staying here!!!

The best evening was spent talking around the gas fireplace! We also spent time around the breakfast and dinner table talking and reminiscing! There were a lot of snack foods and drinks provided by Janine! We watched a Hugh Jackman movie in “the MOVIE ROOM!” We felt very much “at home!”

The road construction was not bad initially but intensified as the week continued. I am happy that we all left on Thursday. When two of the girls went back to the house on Thursday they had to park down the road. They had to walk thru the bulldozers and dirt mountains to the house and back to the car with their luggage.

This beautiful & comfortable home gave us the luxury of all 13 of our family members (ages 6 months to 73) to be together under one roof. It’s location to U. S. Bank Stadium was perfect for our outing. We enjoyed preparing family meals, grilling, playing in the yard and even an evening around the fire pit. An added bonus was the heated floor in the lower level bathroom. Our children have all stayed in other VRBOs and they agreed this was the best ever! Thank you!

Everything we wanted was provided. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults, 4 children and one infant. Quiet neighbourhood, easy access to grocery stores. The property was very well maintained. We would all certainly use it again in the future. The owner was very helpful with requests about infant chair and crib.

Beautiful spacious home! Loved the large backyard! I would definitely recommend for large family gatherings. We had 13 people, 5 bedrooms were just the right size. Offering all the complimentary items was appreciated.

Our family was congregating to celebrate our grandson’s graduation. The home was well-appointed, family friendly and afforded enough area for us to spread out. The property owner was very accommodating and easily available for communication. The home was supplied with just about everything you need to be comfortable. The outdoor grill worked great and was exceptionally clean. All in all a great place to stay!

This was a fantastic location and house for my family to stay for an extended time. They had toys for the kids, a massage chair for adults and snacks upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and sheets. It was nice to have laundry soap avail to use and an added bonus, it was decorated for Christmas, which was important to me with our small children. Would stay again.

My immediate family of 12 stayed for 1 week over Thanksgiving. It was a perfect home for ages 5-70 to be in. We had enough bedrooms, baths and room to spread out for some quiet time.
We had about 4 inches of snow and the kids spent hours sliding in the back yard. We enjoyed the portable fire pit, sitting together up on the deck. The location is close to many fast food restaurants as well as finer dining, shopping, the Maple Grove community ice arena, pool, outdoor skating and playground. Our kids spent hours at the playground. We enjoyed long walks on the neighborhood trails leading to the lakes. The kids had a great time exploring in the woods.

We had a fall family gathering of 12 ppl, and enjoyed our time immensely. The house is as described, but the list of amenities should probably be updated to include the huge outdoor gas grill and gas fire pit with seating on the patio next to the deck.
I didn't read the listing closely enough and discovered the 4 BA is really 3.5 BA, which made for challenging shower time, but we made it work.
It was great to have garage access, and everyone commented on the snack basket and beverage refrigerator.
Overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

One of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at. Excellent for our group of six. The home was very clean, the yard, deck, outside gas fire pit & grill were great to use every night. Had Smore's two nights outside with the gas fire pit. Our grandchildren really enjoyed our stayed. Janine's special welcome treatment she has at the home when you walk in, is outstanding...... Thank you Janine!!

Property is as described. Truly appreciate the special touch from Janine. There was a welcome sign that had my name on it & the snacks and drinks. The beds were really comfortable, and all my quests stated that slept well. We had a great stay and my guess talked about how nice, clean, & well decorated the house was. If you want a nice place to stay outside of Minneapolis, chose this house.

Great location with a very large house made it easy for our family to gather for a wedding. Very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Very clean and comfortable!

Loved the house. It was the perfect amount of space for our large family and very well maintained and updated. When the propane tank for the grill ran out, it was replaced almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the snack basket and refeshments! The neighbors are great! During our stay it was "national night out", and the neighbors came over and invited us to the celebration. Some reviews mention that it's a lot warmer upstairs then in the rest of the house. There are fans provided, and we just put them by the vent at night to circulate the air better and it solved that problem. We enjoyed the back yard, it was a perfect way to relax in the evening.

We needed a home that could accommodate us and other family members for our son's wedding. While he lives in the Minneapolis area we live in Wisconsin, so we wanted something convenient to downtown without the hassle of a downtown location. It was perfect. It was about 20 minutes from the venue and there are great restaurants and things to do in the area.
