This is a charming little spot, in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was the perfect play spot for my dog. Very efficient heating system for the winter months.

We came to Salt Lake to be with our Son, who had a high risk lung operation at the University of Utah Hospital! The sweet Bungalow was so peaceful for us in a very stressful time for our Family! It happened to be our very 1st time renting with VRBO! What a wonderful experience! So much better than a motel.
And the best news ever, our Son’s surgery was a success! He is expecting a full recovery!!!

This is a charming old house with plenty of room but is showing a tad bit of wear and tear around the edges. Everything inside was clean and kitchen was stocked with a lot of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Weather was a bit chilly for old folks but then that's Oct. and Nov.
Sidewalk out front is a bit of a problem for someone with ambulatory concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well outfitted & the living room was cozy.
Our criticism is the unsafe front steps that should be repaired, there was no grab bar in tub & shower and the very bright kirchen & living room lights that could use dimmers. The front door lock was very twitchy for us & quite frustrating. Overall we felt very satisfied with our stay

This cute house was a perfect location for work we were doing nearby. Great places ti eat all around and east access to our favorite hikes. Beds were comfy and kitchen and bath were updated and had all we needed. The huge fenced back yard was great for our dog but we were unable to use it at times because the neighbors smoked strong weed and I hate the smell. The property managers were quick to respond but really could do nothing. Luckily it was not daily. The neighborhood is quiet and in transition with some great areas and some seedy areas. This house has steep staurs in front and to basement so would not be good if you have mobility issues. Overall was a good experience and would book again

I wasn't sure about the place when we pulled up and saw the outside but when we went inside we all were pleasantly surprised it was more spacious than I thought. The only thing is nobody could log into the Wi-Fi i would gladly book this again

This cute house in the Mill Creek area of SLC was a great choice for my 5 day business trip. Everything was clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, never had to touch temperature control, wifi super strong and reliable. Also the checkout chore list was practically nothing. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a nice stay. Communication was great, checkin and out were easy and smooth. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Our dog especially enjoyed the fenced backyard and doggie door.

My kids and I had a great time exploring SLC from this central location. Easy to navigate to any part of the valley.
Beds were really comfortable. Newer amenities and love the open floating shelves! Very little neighborhood noise.
Will definitely look to book this place again for future stays.

Sweet, comfy house, early check out
Great little house with terrific yard. No grill, but the kitchen is well stocked with anything we could need. Bedrooms are small, but who cares? 10 AM checkout was tough for us, and seemed unnecessary given the 4 pm check in. The house just isn’t big enough to need that much time to clean! There were a couple dusty areas, but overall the house was very tidy and clean. The neighborhood is sweet, well maintained and seemed very safe, while still convenient to downtown activities. Overall, terrific and perfect for our needs!
