This is the best vrbo rental we ever had. Clean, pretty view, everything was great.

Property was beautiful, living space was clean, spacious, and had all the kitchen/bathroom amenities needed. Beth and Andy were very kind, and seemed willing to accommodate any needs we had. We hope to stay here again in the future, and would recommend this property to others.

We had an amazing experience with Beth and Andy. Beth was very proactive on giving us advice on activities. Captain Andy gave us a great boat tour around Annapolis, the kids had a blast learning to wake board. Great host, fantastic location, beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Beth and Andy have created a true oasis for their guests. The property was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was bright, open and very clean. They provided everything that we could possibly need so we were able to just relax. We so enjoyed the property! They have a fantastic view of the water and the pool area was amazing! Beth and Andy are amazing hosts; they have somehow perfected the art of being hospitable and available without being intrusive. We had a wonderful stay and we'll definitely be back.

If you’re visiting Annapolis, and would like to stay in a Maryland oasis, look no further. We had a memorable stay celebrating our anniversary. The attention to detail, wonderful pool, fireplace, and professionalism are unparalleled . We have traveled abroad and stayed in many resorts, this was by far the best! Beth and Andy were Outstanding hosts! Their property was beautifully kept and the in ground pool with a waterfall made it an oasis. Beth communicated with me immediately after we booked the reservation. She provided excellent restaurant suggestions (ice cream shops too) and made herself available for any questions we might have during our stay. The rental property was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. Andy provided boat excursions (at a cost) and is always looking for a good challenge in cornhole. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with our fellow veterans Beth and Andy.

I took my 18- and 19-year-old teenagers to Maryland for the 4th of July weekend, and this rental made it a perfect weekend. This property is absolutely amazing! Andy and Beth are the friendliest people you could ever meet. The pool was the nicest pool we have ever swam in. Extremely clean place, with plenty of space for us. The kids and I went crabbing on the property. There is so many things to do on the property we hated to leave. I would highly recommend this property if you were visiting the area!

Beth and Andy were phenomenal hosts and provided everything we could’ve hoped for! The property was picturesque and we enjoyed a great time hanging out on the dock near the river and by the fire pit by the pool! While we were on the same property as the owners, we never felt like we or they were intruding or anything! Also went to a great local restaurant for super that was ~5 min away. Will definitely be the first place we look to in the future for the area!

This is an absolutely beautiful property that would be amazing to chill out on a warm weekend just hanging outside in their lovely backyard watching the water. But it was nice even in February cold too! Perfect size and well appointed with all you could need. Highly recommended!

If you're like so many of us out there looking to just transport yourself away from your everyday life and feel far enough away that you can breathe again but still want to be close to fun spots to go visit then this is your place! Not only did I plan my pre-wedding weekend here, but the owners of this location helped me with several of the plans that made everything come together. Helpful suggestions about the local florists at; Michael Designs Florist (Thank you again Jim and Shaun!) Places to go into town for last-minute items! And they even were happy to have a group of choir singers there to surprise the wife-to-be. I can't say enough good things about this place. From the exquisite beauty of the forest and the rivers around this secret gem of a hideaway to the caring thoughtfulness of the property owners. The pool, grill and fire pit are beautiful—and exactly what a midshipman needs for a break. This is a really special place and the owners know what they’re doing. (We stayed in November.). The owners are next door but you have ample privacy. I didn’t have to worry about my 7 yo waking anyone up. He loved the lights strung along the path to the river. This was our best VRBO experience yet.
