Exceptionally well appointed and clean home with generous supplies and back up linens, towels, etc. Location was in very quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the noisy window unit air conditioners in the bedroom and main living area, which were necessary because of the high heat and humidity during our stay. This would have been a non issue if the weather had allowed for open windows as they had screens.

Adorable and beautifully decorated cottage not far from downtown Falmouth by car. Everything you could ever need is provided. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I visited for a weekend getaway and this cottage was perfect! Very clean and we'll stocked with pretty much anything you might need. We didn't take advantage of the BBQ grill or fire pit because we were only in town for a couple of days, but definitely would be nice relaxing space if we were going to be staying longer. Great space and communication was excellent! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, beautiful, and perfect for the two of us. The only drawback was it wasn’t centrally located. You had to travel a bit to get to stores, main st, etc.

What a lovely home. It was perfect for us for our stay. We used it as a home base while we explored cape cod, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The house had everything we needed. Thank you.

Off-street parking was great. Outdoor space was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer. Would definitely book again.

Two Senior Couples shared 4 days in this Beautifully Renovated Cottage. We were very impressed with How Clean & well supplied the kitchen was with New appliances & very nice Dinnerware & silverware. Most OTHER houses we have rented had mismatched oddball plates,cups & silverware from yard sales. We would Definitely rent here again as it was a very quiet area & a short drive to all Falmouth has to offer. Only slight negative is that It does need a larger TV in the living room.

Beautiful cottage
Beautifully appointed cottage. They’ve thought of everything and it’s decorated perfectly. It’s not actually on the pond but it’s a 10 minute walk and a nice area to take long walks.

My friend and I spent a nice “girl’s weekend” at this lovely cottage. The cottage was very nicely decorated and a comfortable place to stay. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the back deck area for meals and relaxing and also took advantage of the fire pit. The only downside is you do hear noise from the main road. The location is convenient to local hiking areas, downtown Falmouth and a winery.

Lovely, cozy shingled home on the Cape. Falmouth is a great location - still has some Old Cape charm, not too commercial and this adorable home is close to everything we wanted and needed. Since my sisters and I love to cook, this was a dream kitchen for us. Extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. The outdoor amenities compliment the interior. Thank you so much!
