We had a lovely stay while attending an event in Lenexa. The house was easy to find, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and much quieter than the motel in which we usually reside during our visit to the area. The hostess responded to our inquiries very quickly. We hope to stay again when we are in the area in the future.

The property was clean, just as advertised. Owner Jane went out of her way to help and accommodate us when we lost power due to severe storm. If we are in KC in the future, will definitely stay again.

Everything was clean and comfy. Our dog loved the yard, plenty of birds and squirrels to watch!

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and this house was perfect for our needs. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and stores. The kitchen had all the basic utensils so we were able to cook meals at home too. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in backyard as well. I would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay when visiting Kansas City!

The hostess was super flexible and attentive, the house was perfect for my young son and I to experience the area and have a quiet Thanksgiving. The beds were super comfy, easy but safe entry, and the fenced yard fully enclosed for my tiny pup. Location was easily accessible, very walkable, and close to shopping and freeways. Neighbors were friendly too!

Three night stay with one adult daughter joining my wife and me. Easy access via interstate and major roads, but in a safe and well kept neighborhood. Nice deck and backyard where we enjoyed coffee in the morning. Would stay again.

This home is in a cute neighborhood that was safe and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck visiting with family. Restaurants are very close. It was nice to eat at IHop the first morning since we hadn’t had time to go to the store.
Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen (we grilled outside one evening), with a few items already there (coffee!).
You will enjoy this cute find. Pictures are accurate.

Nice, clean home that was pretty much centrally located for all of our needs. Deck was an added bonus for some outside time. Would definitely stay again.

Jane was an excellent hostess
A most pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood, enjoyable for morning walks. Jane very accommodating and pleasant when I realized I missed dates and had to stay another day. Nice deck to have morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening. Excellent communication with Hane.

Such a great little property!
It was such a good decision to rent this place instead of a hotel! It was the perfect size and everything was clean and in great shape. It rained most of our trip so we weren't able to enjoy the backyard area and it was huge! There were little things like coffee and condiments, and extra blankets for snuggling on the comfy sofa watching TV. We even had some popcorn that was there for us. Anytime I messaged the owner she replied right away. If I get back to KC, I will def stay here again!
