This was a very well managed, beautiful home that had everything you would ever need. Glassware and bedding was beautiful. Home was clean and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. They even decorated the home for the holidays. It was perfect for a little girls night out downtown. Wonderful!

We were in town for a Univ of Cincy soccer game and also attended a Reds game. The house was amazing. Roof deck and the patio off the kitchen were fantastic. There were lots of restaurants we could easily walk to. Once we arrived we parked in the parking garage which was very close and very inexpensive and we walked everywhere or took the trolley/tram. The trolley is just a few feet away from the house. We will definitely be staying there again!

We had a 5-person company retreat at this lovely property and from the moment we walked in, it was better than we expected! From the stunning decor to the attention to detail that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, we were thrilled! I've booked dozens of stays over the years and this is one of the loveliest - there were nice touches everywhere, including plenty of K-cups for our stay, and even Q-tips in the master bath. Just really thoughtful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!

What an amazing weekend. We rented this home for my bachelorette weekend and I’m so glad we did. From the furnishings, 2 outdoor spaces and overall beauty of the house we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was super attentive and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this property!

I can’t rave enough about this house. From the moment we walked in I was blown away by the entire house. The flat out and design, the finishes. It was simply the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in and I kept looking at my husband and saying, “I can’t believe we’re allowed to stay here”. The location was a half block from
Washington Park and a few block walk to Findlay Market where we trekked for Blue Oven Bakery goods each day. The Connector trolley picks up right by the park and is a free ride around the city’s top spots including the Banks and Fountain Square. We initially planned to eat out the nights we were there but simply could not fathom spending less time in the house.

The house was super nice and exactly as the pictures showed online. Would definitely recommend and is within walking distance to lots of bars/restaurants.

I rented this home for a girls trip to OTR. It was a perfect location, quick walk to Findlay Market and surrounding restaurants. The home is stunning. It had everyone thing we needed and more. It was also in a quiet neighborhood, across from Washington Park and we felt very safe. The trundle room only has 3 beds, not 4. I would stay here again. And our host answered all my questions before hand and even was available to me when we arrived and could not turn the lights on on the upstairs deck. We had an incredible trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home was amazing! Due to multiple event in the area, parking was a bit of an issue. Would advise groups trying to carpool if possible.

Beautiful Home
We loved this home! The attention to detail is beyond exceptional. The home is absolutely beautiful and will meet all your needs. We stayed here with family while visiting our child who attends Xavier University. The house has three floors and is great for entertaining your group. The outdoor space was perfect for being in the city. Everyone commented on how great the beds were, along with the comfort and elegance of each room. If you are planning on using the room with the two day beds, please note one trundle does not have a mattress, so the room only sleep three. Be ready for lots of steps! We definitely plan to rent again!!
