I was a little surprised to find the condo at the back of the property. To enter, you need to go down a short ramp towards the back then up just a few steps. This would not be a problem, except I have some mobility issues so it was somewhat of a challenge for me, especially as I was trying to roll my luggage. Still, I managed without too much issue. The neighborhood is quaint, the condo is near several restaurants, bars and a great grocery store, all within walking distance. There is only street parking and the streets are very narrow. The place was immaculately clean. They provided sample size toiletries in the bathrooms, starter supplies in the kitchen including your first pot of coffee. I stayed for a couple of nights and could have easily stayed longer. There were just a few issues with a lamp not working in the bedroom, the blinds were tricky to open and close. I would have preferred AC in both bedrooms. But these are just minor inconveniences. All in all, this was a really nice place for our pre-cruise stay in Seattle area. I would happily return.

The condo was super clean. Roomy and comfortable for 4 adults. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to town. Amenities are well thought out for renter convenience. Would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. The only complaint I have was parking. Other than than it was such a comfortable home it had everything we needed and more.

Loved that each bedroom had its own queen size bed not to mention their own bathrooms. Made it perfect for two couples to have their own space. Convenient to local restaurants (Ha!) and such a quaint neighborhood.

In spite of some maintenance issues, we loved this unit and location. So close to everything and easy to get around; quiet and safe neighborhood.

Lovely clean 3 story townhouse. It's behind the other townhouses. Great walkabout. There are 2 coffee houses on opposite corners. The daily aroma from the seafood restaurant is fantastic. Street parking is the only downside IF you aren't prepared for that. Quiet place but tons of things to do by car or by feet.

This is a great spot - a block or two from coffee, restaurants, grocery store and park. Also less than 10 minutes to downtown for work. The house is clean and contemporary and well appointed. It’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Great location, nice layout, clean— and responsive manager. I think this might be a new VRBO and I didn’t have a coffee maker but when I mentioned that they went out and got one. Also the refrigerator had not been cleaned—that was the biggest surprise. And the kitchen was not very well stocked—adequate but would be nice to do an inventory and up the game. All in all I give this a high rating and would stay there again.
