Mostly the stay was great. You should be aware of a few issues. 1. The toilet in the guest bathroom catches when it it flushed and keeps running unless you manually pull the handle back into position. 2. I loaded the sheets and towels into the washer but did not start it because there was no laundry detergent to add. 3. It would have been nice to have at least 1 box of Kleenex available in the condo.

The condo is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The spas and the pool are lovely. The gated community felt very secure. However, if you are looking for a beach vacation with children, this is not the place to stay. I was mislead by the description saying the beach can be easily accessed by a path through the golf course. This is technically true. However, it is a LONG WALK and some of it is quite steep, especially for children, and nearly impossible if you are carrying anything like a beach chair or a boogie board. Driving to the beach also had some drawbacks; Salt Creek beach does have a parking lot, but again it is accessed by a longish walk up and down a steep hill. That said, Salt Creek beach is beautiful. I have no complaints about the condo but I should have done a better job researching the exact location before booking. I'm hoping this review will save someone else from the same mistake.

The property was quiet and restful. It was well located accessible to stores and restaurants. The linens were nice and adequate extra pillows available. We found additional towels easily. The kitchen was adequate for our needs over a 4 day stay. We had an issue with the shower curtain in the master bath needing replacement. The on-site people came to replace it ASAP.
They were responsive and accommodating.
We had trouble with the entry door but with verbal instruction we were able to figure it out.

The two bedroom condo was perfect for all… beds comfortable … condo clean! Enjoyed our stay. We did have ants that attacked some donuts in the kitchen… and random ones around the condo - in talking to the neighbors it is ant season so maybe putting some ant traps around would have been helpful? But it didn’t spoil our visit and we enjoyed!

The condo fit our family perfectly. It was very organized and clean except for the floors. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars. The floors were very dirty and didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a while and we only had a broom to sweep and nothing to mop them.

This property is in a great location, bordering Dana Point and Laguna Niguel. It is so conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the beach! Our family enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend.

The area was just gorgeous and the little house was charming. Our only issue is that there were ants everywhere. Every day we'd end up cleaning extensively due to the large numbers of ants.

Needed to be in town for a conference but the Ritz was sold out. This place was 1/2 mile away and cheaper. The hills were steeper than expected, but made for a good workout each morning and evening. Would book this place again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

Everything was wonderful. A couple of minor things came up as they do with any home. All was handled quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay there again. Location was awesome

We were three adult ladies. It was very safe. Lovely landscape and spas. Our only wish was one of the bedrooms had two twin beds.

We were extremely disappointed to have to track down management to find out that the reason we had no magnetic key card for the pool was because it was closed because of Covid. We are understanding to this problem, but forthright communication would have been expected. We chose a place with amenities only to not have them. Some better directions around area would have been helpful. Once we figured out the route to the beach it was a great walk. Ice maker does not work properly. Shower curtain liners are not expensive...maybe buy some! Glass tables, and no glass cleaner to be found. The online pictures did not match or represent the property well. When we found the closed pool, it looked nice, but online pictures make it look like you have views for days, and that’s simply not true. All in all, we were just happy to have a place to be together with our adult kids after not seeing them for 8 months. The idiosyncrasies of the stay would not deter me from staying again.

This was beyond horrible. It was not or should have not been rented .
My family got bed bug bites . Laundry was FLOWING OUT OF ROOM . Kitchen faucet was snapped in half . In the middle of COVID WE HAD TO CLEAN THE PLACE TWICE BEFORE WE WHERE EVEN COMFORTABLE. They suck at communicating no call even after we left in a week still charged us fully price . Will not call us back . There is no WAY THE DID NOT KNOW OF ALL OF THIS . Never rent here

Stayed a few weeks enjoyed my stay everything is convinenant pool short walks to the beach , restaurant across the street , market , hiking trails and next to the golf course very clean property will be staying again thank you for your hospitality

Convenient Condo
We selected this property because it was convenient to get to Monarch Beach and the Laguna Pageant of the Masters. My daughter and granddaughter had a lovely bedroom with two twin beds. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would have liked one more set of towels per person, but amenities were very nice. Thank you for a comfortable condo for our family trip!
