Location and Service
Nothing wrong with it

The location was superb
Better menu in main restaurant. Should have nice music in the evenings

Very clean and everyone friendly.
At an empty pool their rule is only 1 towel per guest. And they were grumpy about it. I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience to them to ask for a second towel. This is the ritz, not a cheap road side motel!

it is in nice location but staff was rude we paid the stay in cash also left some amount for extras however when we ordered room service in middle of night they call us from Resturant that you don’t have credit and we are sending somebody to your room and you need to do the payment and I explained to them about extra cash that we left and they hang up the next morning I went to lobby and told them the story and we had same situation during the breakfast and I told them for some reason your system is not showing our extras and you guys bothered us at 2 am and they didn’t even apologize and they said yes

The opulence, customer service (from the valet and wait staff to room service and beyond).
Our shower drain was clogged. stood in 3 inches of water for the whole shower. Not good.

I expected way more from this place. My experience with any Ritz Carlton before this was good until in stayed here. This place didn’t do justice to the value. We payed way too much to get a small room with big in my daughters bed. I was told I will be getting a free night but they only end up taking away the resort fee of $150. I would never stay at a ritz again or recommend it to anyone I know.
Had a bad experience. There was nothing great about this place. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. I do not accept this kind of treatment after paying almost 1100 a night!!!

Everything was exceptional as expected except for the reception l received at the front desk at checkin and checkout
There could have been better communication regarding payment at checkin and checkout

Misrepresentation- booked 2 rooms with partial views & paid a premium. 1 room looked directly into a wall & the other was of the pool. Partial view always refers to the ocean. After asking for the manager eventually 1 room was changed at an extra cost. Hotel is understaffed & outrageously priced.

Friendly staff, willing to help
The facilities, building is somewhat outdated and old fashioned

The View... what else is there... there's no care, love or service anywhere in the property. I'm sure his labor numbers look good. He's killing the hotel. Killing it!!!
THIS WAS A Saturday with 3 weddings going on. Couldn't check in to 4pm. Then had to eat by 830pm, so had no dinner, fries in the bar. No room service after 10pm. No food or beverage available ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY from 11pm till 7am. No coffee, no soda, no nuts no candy, but they do give you cheap water... that's it. Nobody answers the front desk phone... NOBODY. Then go to the desk... and NOBODY. Not a single soul except other lost, hungry or thirsty, guests. NO ONE... except the nice Valet, who politely offered me half of his personal coffee from home. $1200k a night... and no coffee machine or snacks in the room... it's the absolute bare BARE minimum . NO EXTRA SERVICE. YOU'LL GET BETTER AT BEST WESTERN... seriously folks. I've stayed a lot of places and this WAS my favorite 20 years ago. IT IS NOW TERRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
