House was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Will be back again very soon.

This was an incredible home. Tastefully decorated, all hardwood floor, couches very comfortable, beds comfortable, new appliances, and THE BEST STOCKED VRBO we have stayed at. They even had distilled water for sleep machines! Was very comfortable home to stay in and right on the trail. Pictures very accurate. While the driveways are steep there are 3 of them. We had trucks with a 12' and a 20' trailer. It worked fine. A little maneuvering but all good. You have to drive in and unhook and spin. The Mountain Road you drive up on is narrow as well, why you need to drive in, you can't really back in. A very nice house right that you can ride from. Up the hill goes right to trails around that area or head downtown to get to other trails. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved the home and how it was decorated. So welcoming and clean. You could tell thought went into the items in the house. Great location for riding trails and exploring. So convenient to everything! We loved it and hope to return soon!

Property was clean . Beds in both rooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The driveway is difficult to navigate when parking more than one truck and trailer.

We spent several nights at this cute mountain property. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend a new mattress for the main bedroom. It has a definite sag, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed the property, but the drive to reach it was a bit scary (no guard rails). We drove around to see the TVA dam, Lake Norris, and the Marina. The proximity to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg was great. We spent 2 days taking in the attractions & shopping. We also learned something about ourselves. We ate all our meals out (neither of us wanted to cook) and there was a variety of restaurants in the area to chose from. We realized that we didn't need an entire home and will probably chose different accommodations next time. This home is well furnished, including the kitchen. The instruction manual was very helpful. We would have preferred cable TV to Roku.

Great place, clean, only hard part is getting in and out of drive. Little steeper then pics show. Small trailers would be no problem.

So grateful for this place to stay. We had a wonderful anniversary getaway. My husband & I rode around 50 miles on our quads Friday. The views & experiences were priceless! Saturday we went kayaking and it was gorgeous!! We needed this getaway! Thank you again! Def recommend going on the trails & seeing/experiencing the Eternal Flame!

Great location, great communication, perfect set up and easy proximity to many trails. If you have a larger trailer you will need to be able to be able to back in. We will be back!!

Very nice clean property. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described and well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and the owners were very nice and responsive. Plenty of parking for two trucks with trailers. Great access to the trails right from the house—no need to trailer. We also really enjoyed the new fire pit in the private back yard. It was a wonderful house, we can’t wait to return!

We stayed here to ride Tackett Creek and Ride Royal Blue. While access to both could of been closer somewhere elese. This place didn't disappoint us. It was quit and peaceful something you don't get at the campgrounds. There is trail access to the left leaving the property and you can ride down and access old highway 63 if you need to get to pioneer area. This is also a good spot if your gonna do widow maker and dragons back eternal flame. The place was very clean and cozy we really enjoyed it. Nice master bedroom with laundry and master bath. Perfect for adult couple with kids. The only down side is the parking with trailers. Easley done if you can back trailers up well. I would say anything over 22 to 24 ft your only fitting 2. We pulled in up top and backed out and my friend parked 2nd level and did same thing. You can easily ba k in as well we just came back after dark and didn't feel like messing with it. I would recommend checking in the day light if plinv a trailer. Other then that like I said loved the place. Owners had great communication as well.
