Loved the general area and Falmouth town itself! So many fab places to eat and shop. 5 minute walk to beach and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. A/c’s were very helpful as the weather was muggy. Clean and stocked with initial necessities. We hope to be back

I rarely complain and I know there is always one complainer but I have to share this because its the truth. We arrived and looked around first thing we noticed was the basement which was supposed to be a play/sitting area for our kids smelled so bad of must that we could only sit for 10 minutes and lost use of this entire area for the rest of our stay. The upstairs bathroom with the only shower in the house, door doesn't close or lock, how embarrassing when youre sitting on the toilet or worse walking out of the shower and the door flies open. unacceptable. the shower handle sticks out 2.5 inches from the wall when you turn it no water comes out after several attempts we finally figured it out you have to pull unusually hard to make it work. sounds stupid but this is not installed properly and should be fixed. I was in a hard bed downstairs with hard pillows so not so comfortable. Also AC unit makes heavy dripping noises all night. bring your ear plugs. walls- dirty radiators- dirty. trash barrel unacceptably dirty at bottom disgusting. Had to hand wash every dish we used as we were worried because of the soil marks on many items. Low quality Coffee mugs so cheap had cracks and divits inside so they looked dirty even after we cleaned them by hand and some small some gigantic no homey feel here. Coffee pot i wiped with a paper towel came out black so not clean. sleeps 10 but only silverware for 8 ?? had to rewash everything until we could buy some plastic utensils. Left us half roll of toilet paper down and a roll up no extra no extra paper towels and dishwasher detergent they got from somewhere in a small packet. Last thing i would do is steal extra items left at the house but first thing i want is to be set up with the comforts of home. said there are linens and Towels but i think 2 hand towels and the bath towels left on the beds were dingy one red sox one ok towel but no matching towels bad impression. Outside shower was dirty moss growing up the wall and left a dirty bar of soap and hair ties on ground so wasn't cleaned. No manual for house so didn't know how to work outside light. BBQ grill was filthy and cover torn up. Outside there were several large holes in the yard -easy to twist an ankle in. should be filled especially for kids Fridge froze my 2 dozen organic eggs had to trash $12 worth hooks on doors to hang towels tiny downstairs fell out of the wall when put towel on no more room but TV is stream only good luck figure out. Don't

This location is fantastic. Our family very much enjoyed our stay. House could use some updating. AC units in windows are extremely loud.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 4 teens in our group. We had plenty of room. The home was clean and the location cannot be beat. Loved the outdoor shower and peaceful patio. Can walk or bike just about everywhere in Falmouth. We hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved the property, the beach was a 5 minute walk and the Island Queen was right down the road-fantastic! One thing - the TV is very difficult to just use local stations and one bedroom, had dirty sheets. Otherwise, great overall!

We stayed with our dog and some of our extended family. Location is excellent in a neighborhood but very short walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants not too far away. Convenient access to MV ferry. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house very close to the beach and within walking distance to Main Street too. Property was very clean, there was just a lot of dog hair from a previous guest all over the kitchen floor and also one upstairs bedroom. Overall, a great house with space, finished basement, and lawn!

Inside was spotless when we arrived you could tell they really cleaned before we arrived. There was some doggie mess outside which was addressed quickly by the management and the owners. The house was well equipped and the fenced in yard was just what we needed!!! The walk to the beach was super easy and the beach itself was great!!!! Overall we would definitely stay there again!

house was in a great location, close to everything. backyard was great size and the basement was a great bonus room. turnkey was very responsive for all our questions as well!

Perfect location for a small getaway to get away from the normal. Kids loved it and short ride to the ferry to martha’s vineyard and right in the middle of the everyday stores. Will most likely book again.
