Close to beach, 1st floor comfortable king bed!

We loved the location of the condo. It was close to some restaurants and shops. We liked the bed. Very comfortable! It was very dirty however, when we went in the condo there was some glass shards on the floor and the fridge stunk to high heaven! We had all kinds of weather in January and part of February so we wanted to adjust the furnace. When we did it only stayed that way for a short time and went back to the original setting. We were very cold. We couldn’t get the cable to work right because the internet was spotty. Overall, it was an okay place to stay but there are a lot of condos on the island so I doubt we would stay here again. They were pet friendly.

We loved it at this time of the year. Where hardly anyone is out there. Peaceful and enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach just across the street. Will be back for sure

This place was okay, had horrible issues with Vacasa which is who manages this property. The water tasted and smelled like fish/the sea water. A fan broke after finding out it was only being held together by 1 screw when there should have been 3. Internet went out on Monday, did not come back on until after we left on that following Friday. Couldn't watch a DVD on the DVD player provided because it didn't have the correct hookup to the TV. Another family said theirs was out but was then back on without issues while ours was still out, I was told it was a system/area wide outage. Was constantly told by Vacasa the trash would be picked up Saturday and Sunday but wasn't until I was told on Monday-via and email and not the text system when I text it from Vacasa-it wouldn't be picked up until Thursday. I was being told they would put in a ticket to come get it and never did. Finally found it to dump ourselves. The walls had stain on them from the cabinet stain when they were redone and there were chips of sheet rock missing on the walls and corners of the walls. There was hair in the drain plug in the shower and the shower curtain was gross. We had fun and it was close to everything. 3 minute walk to the beach which was great, but Vacasa is horrible to deal with.

This rental definitely met our expectations. I've stayed in this complex before (in a different unit) so I knew it would be a better experience than staying in a hotel. The condo is well appointed with nice furniture, tvs, beach decor, and a comfortable king size bed. Plenty of bath towels were provided along with sample size cleaning items for the kitchen and a few detergent pods for the laundry. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer. The unit has two assigned parking spaces (tandem) marked #1 at the bottom of the parking space. We never had any trouble parking. Even though the complex seemed full (cars in all spaces) we had the pool to ourselves any time we went to use it. It was clean and always quite warm. We were there before and after 4th of July and the complex was never overly noisy, even when others with kids were using the pool. There are several restaurants in walking distance, otherwise 5 min drive max. Beach access is less than half a block away, and it is via a very nice boardwalk with showers. There is also an exterior shower at the condo complex. The complex was quiet and we felt safe leaving our belongings (laptops, etc) in the condo whenever we went out. We had some difficulty getting into the condo upon arrival. I called the Vacasa help line and they connected us with the local property manager within 5 min and he gave me the directions over the phone and it worked just fine. The emailed access directions were old and needed to be updated as there was a new electronic lock in place on the unit's door. Hopefully the Vacasa agent put in a ticket to get the arrival info updated for the next renters. We would stay here again, and definitely recommend this unit and property management company to anyone visiting SPI.

This location was so close to beach access is within walking distance. Also the pool was warm once you got tired if beach

Couldn't have asked for a better experienced. Place was very clean and walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed! Loved the pool for the kids! Restaurants were also very close! Can't wait to come back!

Everything was good. Location, layout, internet, parking.

However, the water was truly awful. The taste and the smell. We couldn't even brush our teeth with it. Had to buy jugs and bottles of water. Never experience water this bad. I hope someone reads this and fixes the problem.

We had a great time reconnecting with friends and enjoying the island. This condo was perfectly located, the perfect size for 2 and is our new "go to" when visiting SPI!

This was such a great location and very comfortable stay! Super close walk to the beach and just a drive away from shops and restaurants.

We loved everything about Sun Dancer.Beautiful apartment, clean,close to everything and if you don't feel like going to the beach you can enjoy very nice pool. Andreas was amazing! We will definitely book this place for our next visit to SPI.

Positive: The decor, furniture and bed was great. Having 2 pull out beds in the living area was a nice surprise. The Google speaker on the kitchen counter came in handy was another nice touch. Close to the beach. The stay would have been wonderful but needs a deep cleaning, the floor, table, stove and bathroom was not clean. The condo needs updated pots, pans, coffee maker and cooking utensils. No broom or mop which was odd since you are close to the beach. I would stay here again if these things were taken into account.
