Our family of 7 plus one baby stayed here for a destination wedding in Newport. The house is thoughtfully laid out with a well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this property.

The house was just as described. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions. They even had a full size crib. The location was great with an easy ride to Newport. The Newport winery is 5 minutes and Sweet Berry Farm was a short distance and a great stop. We had a wonderful time and loved the house. We would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here with 6 adults- myself, my husband, our 2 adult kids and their significant others. The location was perfect for everything we did! The Newport Nat'l Golf course, the winery, sunset sail, cliff walk, Easton, tours, restaurants etc... The house is super cute inside and out. Communication with Ted was fantastic and he took care of what was needed. I messaged him after about a few minor repairs that were needed and a few suggestions to make future guests more comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the living room a lot. It was perfect for 3 adult couples. Check out instructions were easy. Would stay here again!

This property has every amenity that my family needed including an open kitchen, living and dining area so that the seven of us could enjoy a meal together. The owner was very responsive and kind. This property is minutes from Newport and conveniently located near shops and attractions. I highly recommend!

The door lock is not that friendly. To lock the door is not that easy. Comfortable and practical house.

We loved our stay in middletown. This is by far the nicest property that we have had the pleasure to vacation in. Our family was cery comfortable. The house is updated, comfortable beds and nice bedding, the bathrooms are clean and updated. We appreciate the W/D. The outside deck and yard are quite beautiful .

What a wonderful house to rent. It was perfect in every way. The location was very peaceful and close to everything. Ted was so nice and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. We hope to return in the future. Thank you Ted.

Beautiful property, just what we were looking for during the Christmas Holiday with family. Exceeded expectations, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. Ted was a great host to work with. Our travel to Middletown was for a family funeral. We wanted comfortable accommodations close to the funeral location as well a place where we could visit with other family members who were in town. Theodore’s home was the perfect place to do exactly that. The house is well appointed, extremely clean and organized, with a welcome feeling. I hope to return to enjoy Theodore’s home again under more pleasant circumstances. I highly recommend this property.

A great experience. This does not have an ocean view or ocean access, but that is within a 15-20 minutes drive. The house looks like it has been recently redone, and it is really nice inside with the latest appliances. There are horses you can see in the distance. Overall, a great stay.

This property is beautiful and gives you a real sense of New England. Everything is brand new. House has a private back yard, quiet neighborhood and excellent layout. Master BR on 1st floor and 2BR on second with a flexible space for additional guests. Host is very understanding and responsive. Definitely recommend this property.

Highly recommend and would stay again
This is a beautiful home, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Everything is new and spotless. It was the perfect setup for our family of four, but it will accommodate more. My husband and I had the downstairs, and our daughter and son-in-law had the upstairs. The kitchen, dining and living room with a large TV have an open concept, so it feels spacious. All the appliances are new and in working order. We used the washer and dryer which is located in the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a fantastic rainfall shower head. Ted is a great host and promptly answered all my questions. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
