This was truly a great experience - because of Steve and Katie’s beautiful home. Our group of friends was able to make meals and spend time together as a unit while also being a hop skip and a jump away from the parks. Steve and Katie made everything extremely easy and their home is beautiful! I can’t recommend it enough.

Our first impression of the property was just what I was hoping it would be. It was true to the pictures online and my family and myself had a great time staying there. There were a couple of things that popped up that I needed to reach out to the owners for and they responded in such a quick and timely manner to resolve any issues. We stayed here instead of at a Disney resort while on our trip to Florida for Disney and I wouldn't have done it any differently! We are hoping that we can do our same vacation again next year at the same house, we all enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed our time in this house for our family vacation to Disney. Having 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom was so convenient based upon our family grouping. The neighborhood was quiet and has a great spot for outside play.

What a great place to stay for a guys trip. We played golf at Celebration (a short drive away) and convened at this great house. Plenty of room for 8 of us and it’s well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this property and the communication was great which made the Checkin and checkout process seemless.

Beautiful property. Nice decor. Spacious. Has all the amenities needed for a relaxing time. My wife & I really enjoyed the pool especially considering how hot it was. Game room was a nice edition. Old school gaming console with over 200 games. Host was marvelous! Made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely reserve this property again in the future.

This house was great for our family's Disney trip. The house is close to the parks (7 miles ish) but does take about 20 mins or more because of traffic and lights. The benefit it that the neighborhood is very quiet making it easy to relax at night. My kids loved having the game room in the garage, pool and hot tub. The house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation home. Steve and Katie are also super responsive to any questions or concerns.

We came here for our trip to Universal and the house was a perfect place for our family! The owners were very responsive, the house was beautiful, very clean, and our boys loved the game room and pool! Would highly recommend!

Great location, perfect for our family. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! We had some issues with the hot tub but nothing major. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We were happy with our stay at this home. The home was good for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). There were a few small issues (garbage pickup, main light in game room burned out, no comforter for master bed) but nothing big. The owners are super responsive to any questions or needs. The home was clean and bright. The pool was smaller than I expected but it served our needs just fine. Overall, I would recommend this home for a 4-6 person size family with younger kids looking for a mid-range home in terms of quality and cost.

Beautiful home! Exactly as advertised with plenty of space and gorgeous pool and spa. Kids had a blast with games and pool, adults had everything to make a great st. Patrick’s day dinner! Communication with host was excellent!

Our family group loved our stay at this house. We had one small glitch, which Steve responded to immediately. I was very impressed with Steve's responsiveness throughout our stay. He was great. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We had a wonderful time.

This home is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and close to Disney. Our family enjoyed the private pool and game room. Communication with the property owners was great and the house was very well maintained. We can’t wait to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home. The gated entry to the neighborhood and the clubhouse enhanced our stay. Plenty of room and our whole family enjoyed the game room in the garage. Can’t go wrong with a Chick-fil-a and a Starbucks right around the corner. Already planning our next vacation and we will be looking to stay here again. Thanks Steve!

Excellent Rental
The home was exactly as advertised. This was my first time using Vrbo and it did not disappoint. It was close to the parks, shopping areas, and gave us the relax at home feel you can’t get at a hotel. Our family enjoyed our trip and would come back in a heartbeat. Steve and Katie kept in touch the entire time and it was truly appreciated. Thank you again!!

Beautiful home in quiet gated community.
The home was just as pictured and described. It is located at the end of the road on a cal-de-sac with no traffic at all. Felt very safe. The pool with outdoor shower was nice. Took two teenage boys and they enjoyed having their own rooms. The kitchen was nice and there is a Wal-Mart just down the street for groceries and supplies. The Nest thermostats were nice and the converted garage game room with laundry were great.
Not much that can be said negatively about the property. The noise from animals (frogs and raccoons possibly) was a little loud at night outside windows of first floor bedroom but our son didn’t seem to mind too much.
Overall, I would highly recommend this house. The owners were good with sending messages. Also, we didn’t pay for the heat to be turned on in the pool. On the days in the 90s it was fine but if your say is going to be 80s or below, you will probably want the heat, FYI.

There isn’t anything that I would change. I also appreciate the owner’s quick and responsive guidance for re-setting the internet (which we lost from the famous Orlando storms) wished that I had called earlier!

Fantastic property
Our family Fell in love with this house the minute we walked through the door!! Everything about this property was amazing and made our vacation to Kissimmee completely amazing! The hosts were amazing and very responsive!! We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The kids loved the game room. The pool was nice and relaxing after a day at the parks. It was so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. All of the appliances worked well and made it very convenient for us. Laundry was a must for us.
If I could make a recommendation I would ask for more silverware. There were 10 of us and we had to wash utensils during the meal so everyone had some. It would also be nice to have more bowls with lids. Finally, pizza pans.
That being said, we would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It was one of the nicer placer we have stayed in. LOVED IT!!

This Villa is in a great location- we have stayed at Bellavida before and have had issues with being overlooked or noisy neighbours; this Villa is at the rear of the community and is in a nice quiet area.
The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Beds in particular were very comfy (always a worry in a holiday rental). We paid extra for pool heat and the pool was lovely and warm upon arrival. We couldn’t figure out the spa temperature controls but didn’t really need it.
Communication with the owner was easy (super quick responses). All in all a great stay and would totally recommend this property
