We stayed with our kids two nights for a ski weekend. Close to the Holiday Valley resort and this was an easy place to crash and cook a meal. The hosts provided plenty of essentials--towels, blankets, cookware. 4-wheel drive is essential on this driveway in the winter months--they aren't kidding in the description. My only recommendation is that you bring a space heater for the downstairs bedroom. It can get cold with the door closed. We would stay again.

We get up this way at least every 5 years or so as I was born in Olean and raised in Bradford. I've lived in and travelled to many places, but the Allegheny Mountains are my home and my dear hubby is up for it every time.
We loved the solitude and quiet of our stay at Fern Hill while having conveniences within a 20 minute ride in any direction. The hosts provide everything you could possibly need outside of your groceries (bring your own bags, out-of-staters!) Be ready to kick off your shoes and restore your mind and body.

The pics and descriptions of cabin and property are accurate. My brother and I had a great stay! This is very secluded and the scenery is just beautiful if you live the woods. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! Bring smores!!! The cabin was awesome overall and Jordan was quick to answer all questions!! Would love to go back again! Wonderful stay!!

This place is in the heart of the boondocks! Very cozy surrounded by beautiful nature. Just a short drive to ellicottville and Allegheny state park! Incredibly convenient for little ones- they even had a pack and play set up for us on arrival! If you have a family with little ones, this is definitely the place to stay! Plastic eating utensils for children, medicine syringes, toys, baby swing, sandbox, balls, books, crayons, board games and so much more!! We had a great time

We needed a place for family members to congregate near Allegany and this was just perfect. Wonderful outdoor setting. Quiet. Private. The property was clean and the amenities were operational and all we needed. We would love to come again.

We were able to grill out and enjoy the large deck (some of which is helpfully covered for when there's rain), and having a Bluetooth speaker handy in the living room meant we could have a soundtrack to our Sunday brunch. Jordan was easily reached via message as our plans evolved. Really couldn't ask for a better experience.

Holiday Valley Ski Trip
Wonderful, clean home! A very short drive to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville.
We loved the outdoor fire pit. Also, the peace and quiet of the property. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and helpful during the whole stay.
The kitchen had everything we’d ever need too!

My family had the best time in this cozy cabin. Perfect location, secluded but about 15 minutes to the cutest little town. We were lucky and have about 6” of snow, which was beautiful! The cabin had everything we needed and contact with the owners was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in the woods for family or small group of friends.

This was a great getaway for my friend group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location is secluded and about 15 minutes from Ellicottville for when we wanted to experience the shops and restaurants! All I have to say is, simply amazing. Property is very clean and has everything you need. Amazing location about 15 minutes away from town. Ideal place to stay at in the area!
