We used this house as a central gathering place while family was in town. A large living and dining room with plenty of seating allowed us to host easily. The pool was also very nice.

Stayed one night and left. Unit has three levels, no bathroom on main level, stairs are difficult for seniors. Step between dining and living room is difficult to see, tripped and fell 3 times. Advertised as having parking in the garage, but garage was locked and no key or garage door opener provided. Outside trash can was full to overflowing, bad smell and many flying insects - no instructions as to pick-up day. Fortunately saw other residences with trash out and took the can out to the curb. E-mailed property management company twice, no response. Called twice, were told action would be taken for refund, no follow up calls received.

The condo was great. Four big bedrooms and three full bathrooms gave us lots of room to spread out. Large kitchen and a big dining room with a table that seated six allowed us lots of room to gather for meals. Great location in a gated community, centrally located to great golf courses and restaurants. Community was very quiet, hard to believe we had neighbours. Condo was extremely clean and it was nice that they followed up with us mid week to see if we needed anything. Definitely would have been nice to have cable TV. Although checkout was at 11:00, our wifi access had been cut off by 6:00 am, would have been nice to have access to it until our departure. If we’re back in Phoenix, would definitely consider this condo for another stay.

Living experience was really good, had a good time with my family, my dad and my brother’s family, house was clean and specious with full kitchen accessories Only one thing that bothers us lot it was cooling issue inside the house, we were unable to maintain or control the cooling by self, they fixed the cooling point and we can’t do anything with cooling controlling, that was the most frustrating part of the living, outside temp was 110 F average most of the day in Mesa AZ
