The property was okay however I didn’t like that the dishes were dirty seems to me like it was placed into the dishwasher and packed away even though it was dirty. there is lots of black ants everywhere just to much for me. And the carpets needs professional cleaning asap. Will not return

I emailed on Monday after we arrived about the fact that the place was dirty, and the pull out couch that I was gonna have my children sleep on was filthy. The sheets that were supposed to be used for the polo. Coach were wet and put away folded in the closet but they were very damp. I didn’t receive a call back so I called on Tuesday morning. Spoke with an agent emailed pictures texted pictures and I never heard back from anyone about coming out to actually clean the place. They were broken chairs they were I mean it was just gross. I am not picky, I’ve stayed in some rustic places, but this place was not rustic - it’s falling apart.

The stay would have been wonderful had it not been for the broken AC on 90 degree days. Woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. The thermostat read 84 degrees Fahrenheit. t was sweltering. We called support several times in the morning for someone to come and fix the problem. Two men arrived, determined that all it needed was to change the filter and to wait a while for it "to kick in." Well, it never kicked in...just kept pumping out hot air. Called again to have maintenance come back. We were assured that someone would return to again, fix the problem. They never returned and no one called us back to see if the issue were resolved. Who runs a business like that?! They took our payment easily enough but would not resolve an issue that could have easily been fixed... AND NO PHONE CALL BACK to check to see if we were alright. My husband shared that the maintenance men informed him that the owner controlled the HVAC cooling/heating system from where ever she was which means, I believe, she made a conscious decision to turn the system. They're probably not going to publish this review because it's negative but interested parties should know what to expect for their money. NOT MUCH.

First night NO HEAT - then had to roam around in the vehicle until 5:30 pm to stay warm , until we were provided another Home, and then have to fight for a refund - for spending the night in our clothes in a living room trying to get a little heat from the oven ona 30 degree night

A very nice vacation place to stay with your family. My only complaint is hot water kept turning cold and the neighbors are very nosey. The cops were called because they heard a baby crying as if they never heard a child crying before. Other than that my stay was very relaxing. I would go back again.
