Loved this place!! The rooftop deck was a perfect place to hangout. It’s also so close to not only the water but multiple great places to eat and hangout. The different levels provided enough separation and has more than enough space and bathrooms for bigger groups.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple small things, but the communication was fantastic on addressing them. The location was fantastic as well as all the amenities that the house had to offer. Will definitely be planning another trip to the Mission Beach area and would hope that this house would be available for our next stay!

I can't say enough good things about this home!  It is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation with 4 BEDROOMS and so much outdoor space to take in the San Diego beauty at any time of day. It was a great place to bond with family but to also connect and bond to this special place in San Diego and root my son to his Dad's home town.  I feel so lucky to have found this home for our family vacation and hope to book it every year that we come back to visit! Here are my Favorite things about this rental. . 1 - IT'S A WHOLE HOME RENTAL:  It is so rare to find a single family rental in Mission Beach.  THIS IS AN ENTIRE HOME that you rent with no other tenants or rentals attached to it! We didn't have to worry about hearing other families or sharing outdoor spaces, it was all ours! 4 - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - You are 15 seconds to the Bay Beach, a 2 min walk to the Catamaran and 2 min bike ride to the aquatic rental place, a Community Rec Center and Playground.  And then there is the beach side!  A 2 min walk at the max to the Beach!  And safe enough to even take Evening cruises to the beach for those moonlit nighs! 2 - ONE OF THE NICEST LOOKING HOMES TOO: I walked around the Beach and Bayside to see if there were any other rentals we'd be interested in renting next year for our annual San Diego visit and honestly, this was one of the best looking ones from the outside, well maintained, great location and so much outdoor space.  So much so that I even took a picture of it and told my cousin, ooh this one looks good for next year and he tells me, This is the one you rented. Lol! 3- GARAGE: The covered Garage and 2 CAR PARKING was so awesome!  Another RARE FIND in this area. We fit a Full Size SUV and a Compact car in it.  5 - ROOFTOP LOUNGE was my favorite place in this house.  You get a peek a boo ocean view, an AMAZING SUNSET view/time.  Even if you can't see it dip in the ocean, the color show in the sky was goregous to sit and watch the clouds go by!  We were there over the full moons and to sit on the decks and watch the Moon rise up and over the bay was so magical! 6 - 3RD FLOOR DECK was also awesome with a big table to have dinner and the sliding screen doors that open up to it was perfect for inside and outside living.  We barely left the house because we felt like we were enjoying the outdoors just by utilizing the deck spaces! 

This home had it all. Great location and fully equipped with everything we needed. Enough bedrooms for my daughters and son in laws, grandkids and myself. Loved the balconies! Surprised by all the amenities not listed on the site.

This was our first time to Mission Beach and will not be our last. What an awesome area! This house had everything we needed and more. Would recommend anyone to rent this property!

This place was gorgeous. You cannot beat the location and the views 🤩. The inside was so nice too. Very well done house and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
