قرب الفندق من جميع الاماكن السياحيه وعلى اهم مكان في اسطنبول وهو البوسفور .

Номера грязные, пыльные! Ужасные жесткие подушки, снасть невозможно! Изголовье кровати все в пыли! Полотенца не впитывают влагу! В номере неприятный запах канализации! Завтраки плохие, были дни, когда в ресторане на завтраке невозможно было заказать омлет, потому что не было вообще яиц в наличии-что очень странно!

Location, closeness to the Bosphorus
Very noisy, the walls are thing so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Plus the noise of the honks from boats are non-stop

Breakfast is offered on the 6th floor of a separate hotel/or external restaurant. The staff (especially Mrs. Zeynep) has given all the effort to make you feel uncomfortable. During the first 30 minutes of our breakfast, she asked us three times if she could take away our dishes and food. Obviously, she was looking to free up our table, so that she could generate revenues from paying guests as instead of hotel guests...

Местоположение отеля идеальное: Босфор, Галатапорт, рестораны и магазины. Обязательно вернёмся ещё. Персонал был особенно внимателен, предоставили детскую кроватку, вода и чаи в номере, завтрак на крыше с видом. Новый свежий комфортный отель. Чисто и красиво. На ресепшн сразу отвечали, помогали, вызвали такси, были внимательны. Вернёмся!

Only construction near to hotel that make your stay a little bit uncomfortable but others was fantastic spicily room how it was cleaned and new also staff

مكان الفندق اكثر مايميزه حيث لاتحتاج الى المواصلات بحكم قربة من غلاطة مول (مطاعم وكافيهات وتسوق على البحر) وشارع الاستقلال والسوق المصري باختصار وين ماتمشي متعة يمين يسار فوق تحت😅
فطورهم جيد والمطعم إطلالتة جميله الدور السادس
مستوى العزل بين الغرف سيء جداً جداً تسمع سوالف جيرانك واذا كانوا مزعجين الله يعينك ، واحيانا وجود رائحه من دورات المياه اعزكم الله

استقبال الموظفين ولطافتهم وحبهم لمساعدة الاخرين حيث انني من ذوي الهمم فالموظفين يبادرون لمساعدتي وتلبية كل احتياجاتي برحابة صدر فشكرا من القلب لجميع موظفي الاستقبال بلا استثناء
كذلك اعجبني الطريقة في تقديم الافطار وهذا الامر يساعد على حفظ النعمة وعدم الهدر الذي يحصل في البوفيهات المفتوحة
لايوجد عند الباب الرئيسي للفندق ممر للكرسي المتحرك ومع ذلك كان الجميع يساعدني في الخروج والدخول الى الفندق بابتسامة ورغبه في المساعدة من القلب

The roof top terrace is exceptional, beautiful sight on the bosphorus
The styling of the hotel is very very sober and almost cold. Pur room was next to a construction site, the hotel can’t help that, but noises in the morning. It is also next to the cruise ships, so bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive for the generator noises.

Потрясающая веранда с видом на Босфор! Шикарная, уютная, вид отличный! Хорошее месторасположение, рядом набережная, куда причаливают корабли. В этой локации чувствуешь себя в безопасности. Там скоро откроют Zara oysho, а так , там много разных магазинчиков и кафе. Очень уютная локация.
Самое плохое (единственное) это стройка с одной стороны отеля и тусовочный до 2:00 ночи локация с ресторанами. Нас немного спасали беруши! Но, это кошмар. Отель отличный, если не смущает стройка и невозможность заснуть до ночи.

Good location but for the moment too much construction around
Very noisy and zero charm. Check in was chaotic. Basin had mold, nowhere to hang anything in bathroom. Minibar was never stocked and had to ask for water every day.

트램 및 버스역이 가깝고(도보 3분) 바다가 바로 앞에 있어 호텔 위치가 아주 좋음
직원들이 매우 친절하고, 신규 호텔이라 시설이 아주 깨끗함

Pera Bosphorus is well located. I have found all my needs in Galataport. Room smells very nice perfume. You should have a breakfast in Loi Bosphorus at 6th Floor.

The location may be the best in Istanbul. In Galataport you can find every kind of store you are looking for. There are very nice cafes and bars near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. The friends at the reception arranged our airport transfer and gave us information about the city.
