The hotel has it's own business centre and small shops in the complex. Suits every need and has plenty comfort.

Everything was fine during our experience. The only thing that didn't meet our expectations was the pool that, regardless being a good pool, it is in the middle of the 4th floor bar. That means less privacy and a bit of exposure if you use this resource.

Impeccably clean and comfortable. Fantastic shower. Lovely breakfast.

Very loud live music in foyer all evening.

Beautiful property in a great location with lots of food options. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was exceptional. Really well located and the free shuttle service was a plus, would stay again. The woman in charge of the kitchen was a saint, she made me a special tea from fresh herbs in the garden, it was such a nice exchange the morning I left, really grateful for the friendly staff.

Close to the airport, lovely shuttle, beautiful modern hotel and extremely welcoming staff.

There was nothing that I didn’t like!

Probably one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. Beautiful architecture and decor, mountain views, and excellent service from the staff. Everything was over the top. They offer an incredible breakfast spread (with many, many juices). Pool/bar area is very luxurious. Adjacent to several shops, a spa, grocery, food truck court (very nice, with a large, collaborative patio area, and restaurants. Also very close to the San Jose airport. We will return to this magnificent hotel again!

A microwave would have been nice in the room but everything else about this hotel was absolutely outstanding!

the place was beautiful! the pictures did not do it Justice! unfortunately we had gotten robbed while in San Jose but the staff at the hotel were so nice and helped us where they could.

it’s the AC Hotel! The Escazu property is incredible and the customer service in Escazu is superb. I made the mistake of assuming it would be the same for the Belen location.

The location is minutes from the airport. The hotel is new and very modern. It has a nice pool with nearby bar and food service. Rooms are large with new modern shower and fixtures. Food trucks and restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect.
