The interior layout is nice, the decor is awesome.

Nice newer building with noise issues, apparently caused by the construction. They are working on fixing the problem, which is good but.... When you close the heavy door to your room. It echoes down the hall way! Easy to miss driveway when finding the hotel. As it is set back behind shopping areas.

We loved our stay. The hotel is in great location, with cute shops and restaurants right around it. It was super clean, very reasonably priced, well decorated in a modern decor, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We'd definitely stay again.

The only two issuse were wifi took a bit to log in to and they are undergoing some renovations, so there was a bit of banging and noise during the day- but we were understanding.

I arrived at night and the gps it me at the church I called the front desk and they were not really that helpful. I had to call back to get more clarity

Very close to Seaside! Had all the amenities in hotel!

Parking was limited. Pool closes too early.

Door key system down, had to go to front desk to enter room or facilities. when we arrived, I gave them my drivers license and American Express credit card, when I left I checked out and asked if everything was OK. They said yes. two hours later, I received a call from the front desk that their system didn’t process my credit card, I told them I’d be over in the afternoon to run it again I took time out of my day to go over to the hotel. They again ran my credit card and said thank you . The next day they called me they said my credit card didn’t go through again I told him I’d be over later on in the day to run it again. It was quite obvious that there payment system is not working or they did not know how to operate it. Finally, the third time the manager was there and he ran my credit card through and process the payment. It was a real pain in the neck. I would not stay there or recommend somebody else staying there.

Everything. The facility is top notch. Staff was superb. Amenities for every need.
