Good location for us to have some space and relaxation while daughter had a sporting event in Kennewick. House was well cared for with well thought out touches.

Had a great experience. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. The house was clean and spacious. We had 4 couples from different families and the house worked great.

WOW..what can one say about this home. It was huge and spacious but also had little nooks and crannies that allowed for some "downtime/personal" spaces as needed. EVERYTHING was provided as advertised (and more extras) were noted. Had a few questions and needs and Kymm was very available and responsive as needed but remained unobtrusive. Location is conveniently in the middle of things. Backyard was huge and gave space for cornhole, swimming (yes some crazys went in Sept)..hot tubbing, swinging for the kids, general hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. While my daughter's wedding was the main event...this home allowed for all of us to enjoy the time, share our love and be comfortable. THANK YOU KYMM and CALEB!

Having several areas to spread out into when not sleeping helped. It was sadly too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. The house was well equipped for cooking and dining.
The beds were comfortable. Nice towels and bathroom amenities. The host was most responsive to questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful stay at the home. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room all together after swimming in the pool all day! The property manager, Kymm, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this home to friends!

Very comfortable home, well stocked kitchen and extremely responsive and considerate host. My husband and I, our 2 adult sons, their wives and 4 grandkids enjoyed ourselves immensely. We will be back!!

This property was huge and fit our needs perfectly. Having different sections of the house and property for different parts of our group was awesome!! The carbonated water dispenser and flavoring options for drinks was an awesome amenity for our kids! Highly recommend staying here!

We booked this home as a place for our work group to stay while we were attending a conference at the Three Rivers Convention Center. It worked out great and there was plenty of room for the four of us with room to spare. We found ourselves hanging out with other co-workers after the conference sessions on the back patio (grilling) and in the large entertaining room (Kraken playoff). Thinking about coming back with the family or a couple of families to enjoy the pool and yard. Great place for group.

From the moment we arrived things couldnt have gone better. We had a large group (13) and a ton of gear but the house had more than enough room and even though we came and went at different times fishing the house was set up so that we didnt have to bother each other when resting. The great room was perfect for dinners and evening catch up sessions.

Excellent property. We came for a wedding and had multiple family members staying at the property. Everyone loved the pool, Italian sodas and rooms. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home and invited the wedding party to stay with us. We surprised our son (the groom) and our soon to be daughter-in-law (his bride) with their rehearsal dinner in the back yard along with a pool party.
This home was perfect for everyone to get to know each other better and just be together celebrating the marriage of these two wonderful soulmates!!
The owners were accommodating with every aspect of our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful! Very clean, great layout for big groups to get together and have separate space. Excellent amenities, the Italian soda set up was a great touch. Location was great, close to every but the back yard and pool made It feel like a private oasis! The host is incredibly! Very responsive and attentive! We highly recommend this property and the amazing host!

Family Getaway
We loved this property. We're from Western Washington and we were looking for a place for 14 of us to relax in the sun and this place fit the bill. Everyone had a fantastic time enjoying the pool, patio, and great room. The house is very well cared for and the yard was beautiful.

This home was perfect for our bachelorette party weekend! The great room with the bar was our second home and the pool was amazing on a hot weekend. Close to town and activities. Very clean and comfortable with lots of small, personal touches including a welcome card from our host. Thanks for the wonderful visit!

It was a great weekend. The house was big enough to accommodate a sober softball team and it would have been better had my teammates brought their children. All in all a great rental for a bunch of friends or families with children that want to enjoy a pool, hot tub, or bbq outdoors!
