Magic Hills is like the name of it just MAGIC ! The house and the view are amazing and what made it even more exceptional was the staff. Specifically Gusti who took great care of us and was always available to make sure our stay was an excellent one !

They are building more bamboo houses so the noise of the constructions the whole day was really annoying for us as we went there to enjoy the nature and the calm

EVERYTHING IN THIS PLACE WAS MAGICAL! THE STAFF SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! ESPECIALLY WAYAN, HE DID A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM FLOWER DECORATION FOR US AND HE WAS SO HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING WE REQUESTED! THEREFORE, WE COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW CLEAN WAS THE PLACE, EVEN IF WE WERE INTO THE WILD, WITH NO DOORS AT ALL! NO BUGS, ONLY FEW FROGS :P THE BONDING YOU FEEL WITH NATURE WAS SOMETHING ELSE! JUST LIKE A FAIRYTALE! WE WISH WE WILL BE ABLE TO VISIT MAGIC HILLS AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

THE ONLY THING I COULD MENTION IS THAT THE FOOD OPTIONS WERE BASIC AND AS THERE WERE NO ANY OTHER OPTIONS NEAR THIN PLACE, IT WAS A SMALL SMAAALL SMALL ISSUE. BUT AS THE STAFF THERE TOLD US, THEY ARE WORKING ON A NEW MENU NOW SO I GUESS THIS WILL BE FIXED!

The amenities were so nice had games and was very beautiful!!!

Only thing would be nice to have the hotel slippers to walk around the villa but everything was great

We loved the view from our villa, it was stunning! And the villa itself was superb. A unique experince for sure. The staff are lovely and alwaya doing their best to make you feel like home.

The views and surrounding scenery were amazing! Perfect villa to wind down and relax when in Bali. It was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and evening meals which the staff brought to the villa.

Over all it was a good experience, however if you're not comfortable with the outdoors / nature / bugs it's not for you.

Food from the restaurant was quite tasteless and we found a hair baked in my meal. The staff said they will tell kitchen, but they did not offer to bake a new meal or refund for the meal.

I wish there were some curtains to close the romm or the area just to feel safer.

the views. the house. the weather. the swings in the room. the honeymoon decor. the comfortable bed. the sitting area and dining area. the bathroom was also gorgeous. most amazing stay of my life. the lights were also gorgeous. nice feeling of being in nature and playing board games.

angel house doesnt have glass doors like the queen house. so the area was pretty open and a stray cat and a stray dog entered our premises, didnt touch anything of ours but there was no way to lock them out. Magic hills should also improve their food. it was quite bland. we ordered food from another hotel nearby. they can add more games as well such as sequence and ludo

staff were absolutely brilliant went out of there way to do anything for you, everything is delivered to you no matter how big or small so you don't need to leave your villa once your there. lovely views from the villa, beds where comfy and the bugs weren't as bad as we experienced in other places in bali despite it being open. lots of extra amenities in the villa to keep yourself occupied and lovely as the sunsets. good food selection available and a European restaurant close by for any fussier eaters. toilets upstairs and downstairs, outdoor shower and a hammock.

for a 'luxury' get away there was a few things lacking, a more extensive drinks list would have been good (only beer on the menu) the pool didnt have a jacuzzi setting yet (something with supplier issues) and they're still in the process of building some villas so it was a little bit noisy in the morning and had a bit of a building site vibe. i have no doubt when its all completed it will be absolutely stunning but for the moment it just didn't quite meet the expectations we had before we arrived, especially considering the price compared to other places on the island of bali.

Its very far from Kuta/ Seminyak. Around 3 hours each way by private transfer. No windows / security to "lock" up as its open / outside.

Location, view, breakfast, customer service and the setup of the lodge were exceptional

Towels, bedsheets and pillows were not clean, had yellow/brown stains Bed curtains had holes and stains too

The house is equipped with many board games, made the stay fun. The best part was the lighting, I felt warm and welcomed.

The best stay we have ever had. The staff is a 10, the double-height room is a dream, the food was very good and the views... like in paradise. If you go to Bali and you can book well in advance, you won't regret it.

Nothing! As you would expect there are a few insects/bugs but they also provide insect spray. We will definitely be back and stay for longer to explore more waterfalls around the area!!!

The most beautiful bamboo house with an amazing view of the surrounding rice terraces. Loved all of the decor and seating areas. There are no real doors/windows, so it felt very connected with nature. The staff was very attentive and so helpful with arranging a driver for us.
