My husband and I stayed here over Christmas so that we could be close to our son who attends college in Louisville. The location was perfect. The home was cozy and well stocked with all we needed to feel right at home!

There were 5 adults staying at this beautiful home for the week. The kitchen had everything you could need or want. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for our needs. Everyone felt cozy when we were there. Great location to everywhere we had planned on visiting. Bonus was learning Churchill Downs was only 8 minutes away! Took a tour of the place one day. Highly recommend Jack Fry’s for dinner. The best meal we had but make reservations!! Walked to Starbucks every morning too. Would definitely stay here again if going back to Kentucky!!

It was the perfect weekend getaway for our family and dogs! The property was beautiful. It was in a good part of town too. We loved exploring the neighborhood, so many good restaurants. It was close to other neighborhoods too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were two couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were there on the hottest day of the year, so the upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but there was a ceiling fan and an additional stand-alone fan that helped.
The house is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you could need. The host has thought of everything including: extra chargers, bottled water, plenty of towels, cooking supplies, extra plugs from surge protectors, and more.
The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. There is ample street parking. We had to contact the owner a couple of times for questions and he was quick to respond and very friendly. We had a great time and highly recommend this property for exploring Louisville and/or bourbon country.

We chose this property as our home base for a few days exploring the Bourbon Trail. The description fit what we were looking for and we found the property exactly as described. The glowing reviews we read were spot on. The home was well-appointed with everything that we needed for our home-away-from-home. The property is located within easy walking distance from many restaurants and bars, so we had lots of options for dinner when we returned from our daily adventures. If we travel to Louisville again, we will definitely choose this as the place we stay.

We were only there for a weekend, but it was a nice home. Clean and Tidy. No issues getting in the property. No issues while we were at the property. Hot tub was clean and working. There was only street parking but we were able to park right out front each day. Would recommend.

Property was as listed. It was clean and well appointed. For electric vehicle folks, there is a charge station a block away. Also of note, was the Gralehaus restaurant, also just a block away. We walked about 25 minutes to the Bourbon trail locations with no problem. Sidewalks the whole way. Kitchen has a coffee maker Keurig combo and everything else you might need. Overall great experience. Would stay there again.

There were two couples celebrating our birthdays on the bourbon trail. The house is in a great location. We had more than enough room for the four of us to spread out. Everything was thought of; extra spices, plenty of toilet paper, towels for the hot tub, common condiments in fridge etc. There were restaurants that were walkable (O’sheas and Flanagans) that had delicious food and great atmosphere. We happened upon St Patrick’s day festivities which was blast. The house was amazing thanks for a memorable weekend!

We just celebrated Thanksgiving at this property with our daughter. The house was immacualte, the kitchen & pantry stocked with lots of the necessary items you need just a little of - THANK YOU!!! The location is great! We walked to several fabulous restaurants during our stay. We will definjitely stay again. I HIGHLY recommend this property. Thanks for an AWESOME experience!

This house is in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is not too far from Downtown either. The house is well maintained and there are all the things you need when you stay. Very Enjoyable!

Wonderful place to stay!
We rented this house because we were in town for a basketball tournament. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials to make our stay easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here again if we come back next year! Great location!

We were very pleasantly surprised on how nice the house was. Also everything was very well stocked with almost anything you would need. The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and a Walgreens.
