We couldn’t wait to get there, and we weren’t disappointed. The condo was spacious for our group of seven adults, and we loved the layout. The view was amazing and the pools and grounds were always clean. Greg was a super host, sharing all the information we needed before our arrival. We would definitely return.

The property is in a beautiful gated community; it is very safe. There are some restaurants and small grocery there. The condo is beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the patio; it was always shaded and had a nice breeze. The one issue we had was the seaweed on the beach. It is very thick and I could only walk the beach a couple of the days. There was a tractor that went down the beach to clean up the palm leaves, but they never cleaned up the seaweed. There were not many other people at the condo community; I'm not sure if this is because we were there in early June. It was nice that it wasn't crowded. We never had to worry about getting a chair by the pool. The location is good; it is about an hour from Old San Juan and the El Yunque National Forest. We rented a car so we had no issues getting around. Ralph's is a grocery that is close by and the prices are much better than Wal-mart. Also Wal-mart was a mad house; very crowded. The people of Puerto Rico were very friendly and helpful. We had to learn "island time". When we went out to dinner or lunch it usually took about 2 hours; no one is in a hurry. This is ok if you are prepared. I learned to have a snack before going out so I wasn't so hungry when our food arrived. Overall we had a great time and was happy with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greg's Villa. Palmas Del Mar is a huge resort facility and this community is double gated. The Villa is renovated beautifully and tastefully with every comfort and need met. Greg is a very gracious and informative host and has put together the most informative and comprehensive binder for guests that I have ever seen in all of our years of utilizing VRBO. It is fantastic! The views are remarkable from the large and lovely porch/veranda - right out at the ocean and palm trees. It is all out of a dream. We enjoyed the pools and the staff were very friendly and informative as well on site. There are beautiful walking paths and golf cart paths all over the complex - great for walking, running or riding. There are also several restaurants right in the Palmas Del Mar resort that we enjoyed. We were only 35 min drive away from Fajardo - for snorkeling ventures and bioluminescent bay kayaking trips,and about 45 min from El Yunque rain forest which is also fantastic. About 55 minutes from San Juan and old San Juan. I recommend renting a golf cart from Target rental - which is also right on the property - we had great family fun touring around in the evenings and mornings on the golf cart and there are iguanas to see, birds and a pond with turtles that even my teens loved to see and feed (cheerios). I can't say enough good things about this property. It is a hidden gem and we would definitely stay in this beautiful haven again!

Nice place, nice community, nice location, nice ocean, nice to see family. Not nice to kill roaches everyday. Yes, contacted VRBO and they sent a bug sprayer out the next day by noon. In effective. The roaches got used to that spray and did not care about it. We could not cook there, I had literally clean out the coffee make to even see if it would work, bugs kept coming out of it for days. I bought roach traps, and roach hotels and put them in every corner we could find. My wife is deathly afraid of roaches. I was not going to review, but VRBO kept asking.

Greg hosted a Make-A-Wish family for us, and the wish family had nothing but amazing things to say about the condo! Greg was so communicative throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make it a memorable, special trip for the family! Thank you so much, Greg! 10/10 recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the big city, this is it! We had a wonderful time. The property was fantastic. Nicely stocked kitchen. Clean. Spacious. Having coffee on the lanai was beautiful. Loved the oceanview. We all enjoyed the pools. Walmart and other shopping areas were just a 15 minute drive away. Would definitely stay there again.

My children (10 and 8), my husband, my mom and I had an amazing time at the condo. The patio is perfect for morning relaxing and evening fun with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was fully stocked and ready for us. We stayed at the pool most of the time but ventured out to a couple of close places, rainforest and black sand beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We visited here for spring break. Two adults and two children ages 9 and 11. The Palmas resort is huge and the location of this unit was great for kids. There were three pools right outside our building to use. And the beach was a few steps away. The resort is well kept and felt safe enough to walk in at anytime. The restaurants were hit or miss. Do your research prior to going. Puerto Rico definitely runs on island time so don’t be surprised if it takes an hour to get your food at a restaurant. The unit was nice and roomy. Bathroom fans and bedroom ceiling fans made noise but other than that it was comfortable. We would visit again and recommend this for families.

The view and condo were quite impressive! The host was an easy and very helpful realtor named Greg. This is a very safe area with pools and 2 golf courses. The listing was accurate and describes it well. A helpful guest guide was provided.

Great condo for our family if 4. The deck is HUGE with gorgeous view of the ocean. Clean large space with all we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for a great and relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this Crescent Beach condo for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was a well laid out 3 bedroom 3 bath condo that gave our family of 5 ample bedding and space. Awesome ocean view from the patio, relaxing, and clean. Greg was also very helpful when we had questions. There are many nice restaurants on the entire Palmas del Mar property, no need to go anywhere if you don't want to drive. We toured the entire east coast and San Juan. Overall, the island is still suffering from the hurricanes of years past, and trying to recover, so plan ahead to check on outdoor nature activities to see if they are closed/in a state of repair - El Yunque is half closed still. The beaches have suffered as well but we found good ones in Luquillo and the Eastern islands off the coast. All in all the condo was a good base and provided us with a great place to stay.

The property is unbelievable, and the best location there is. There were 2 couples (all over 55) in our party and we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset on the huge deck looking over the beautifully manicured property and beckoning pools below. We rented a car so after a lazy morning swim at the pool, we took day trips and looked forward to returning for relaxing evening swims. The pools are lit up at night with colors dancing within the water, which is gorgeous. Everything we needed was available at the property, I can’t say enough about how awesome this rental is. The resort is very safe, double gated, and we even saw security guards walking the interior grounds day and night. Stores, restaurants, shopping are close by, you wouldn’t have to leave the huge resort complex if you didn’t want to. Crescent beach is the best located complex and being in the center on the fourth floor gives the best view available. There are elevators that make it easy moving luggage and groceries in and out. No one will regret booking this rental, it is very spacious, well kept and nicely furnished. We hope to return again.

I had a great time! The villa exceeded my expectations. Greg had everything we needed. I had such a great time I decided to stay an additional night . If you want to have a nice relaxing view, this is the place. Fully recommend and will stay again

The condo was very nice, right next to the beach and pools and in a gated community with golf courses, tennis, fitness center and more. The view from our balcony was beautiful looking directly at the ocean. There are several restaurants in the development and a town about 15 min away has grocery store, WalMart, and restaurants. There’s also a small market in the development. It was never crowded on the beach or in the pools. The ocean surf was rough when we were there though swimmable but there are very calm and nice beaches under an hour away in Luquillo and Fajardo. The property was a good place to take day trips from like to the Rain Forest, Old San Juan, beach and snorkeling trips, biobay kayaking, etc. I would stay here again.

Tranquility at its best. Its a world within a world. First, i would say that communication with the owner was excellent very responsive. Second, the apartment was phenomenal m, great views, well taken care of and very clean. Close to Luguillo beach, kiosks, an hour away from San Juan, 40 minutes from El Yungue, I mean the experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend to anybody wanting to stay away from the metropolitan area and wants peace.

We will definitely go back again. Perfect vacation rental!

I enjoyed every single day I was there . The place is clean and an amazing view of the ocean . The owner kept the place stocked with everything we needed and it was awesome ..I will for sure go back to it soon !!

We loved everything about our stay here. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The community is very safe. And the patio is huge with amazing views of the perfectly landscaped courtyard and pools, with the ocean just behind it. It was the perfect place to relax after our days of sightseeing.

To mk a long story short we have booked with Greg for the past couple of yrs at another location. We were unable to book with him this time b/c he was booked up at the time we were looking to lock in. So we booked with newer host and when we arrived we were not satisfied with that location and could not stay there b/c of unsanitary reasons. At that point we were left homeless and had been traveling since 5:30 the day before b/c of flight delays. (was scheduled to be in Puerto Rico from May 4th-11th) Thank God while being on hold trying to deal with our situation, I decided to reach out to Greg via text to see if he had anything available or could recommend someone. A low and behold he had a new spot that he had just placed on his rental list that ended up being in our same beautiful location that we normally stay with him at but on a higher floor with this fablous view that is to die for. Greg is truly a angel sent from God that saved our whole vacation!... Thanks Again Greg!
