The property was not as described. The owners boast a 2 bathroom home but they failed to tell us the 2nd bathroom was in the garage! They have started renting the house out but they haven’t finished their remodel. Needs to be finished before renting out to guests. We were given about a quarter of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, no others were to be found. The bathroom that was in the house had an empty soap dispenser and there were not any other dispensers or refills to be found. The carpet was extremely stained! All in all I would not rent again. Please finish your remodel before opening up to guests. You have a great house with great bones just finish the remodel.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend here. It is so very peaceful and I loved the location. Short walk to the boat dock with many rod holders and shade. Kitchen is well equipped and the Wi-Fi enabled us to watch football. Thank you Erica for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin!

The cabin was comfy, cozy and clean. Lots of nice trees around. There is a private dock but it’s a longer walk than we expected - about a 5 minute walk. And the road to the dock is very bumpy - so driving a car or a golf cart to the dock is difficult. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay- quiet, peaceful- and the lake is pretty. Lots of egrets! The property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Overall the house was clean and comfortable.
Several light bulbs were out and the refrigerator/freezer was not keeping things cold. Not sure if the grill works or not but definitely looked inoperable.
Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. It was cool and cozy after a day at the lake.
The private dock and boat ramp were further away than we expected. The boat ramp was very steep and made getting our boat in and off the water a bit complicated. The dock was dated but did the trick. The road from the house to the dock and boat ramp was very rough. I would not recommend if you don’t have 4 wheel drive.

My husband and i hadnt had a vacation in 3 years. We both wanted a quiet secluded place to go get away from work, family and city life.

Great communication, host allowed early check in since we needed to launch and needed key to the slip. Really appreciate that. Road a little bumpy to get there, plenty of room to park or leave boat trailer by the dock. Nice shower, comfy bed. But bring your own shampoo and soap, seasonings, butter etc. little disappointed in the fishing but hey that’s why it’s fishing not catching. Such a peaceful area even with huge storm slept like a baby.

Close to the water,cozy, quiet, very clean, 10 minute drive to a town with nice restaurants ,shopping , and groceries. A large carport for my boat and truck,the dock is very convenient and private.

Perfect place to stay. Only recommendation is to set the heater temp a bit higher before guests arrive. Home was 52 F when we arrived. Took awhile for it to reach 68F. (Brrr…).

Fantastic cabin located in a peaceful neighborhood
This place was as advertised. Nestled amongst the most beautiful pine trees on a quiet road, the boat dock is just down the way and easy to get to. Unfortunately on my trip lake waters were high and the dock was inaccessible but the location of the cabin made an easy drive into Eufaula where we rented a boat and had a fantastic day on the lake then came back to the well-equipped kitchen for dinner on the front porch and enjoyed relaxing time in the rocking chairs. This was a much needed break from a very hectic work schedule -can’t wait to go back again !

Exceeded our expectations Most rental properties especially by a lake usually are damp some mildew insects not to Clean But this was amazing you had a fully stocked kitchen as far as supplies you had a washer and dryer a wonderful gas grill privacy we really enjoyed ourselves

Perfect Lake Getaway
This was exactly the lake getaway that we needed. Having the boat dock was amazing, we were able to just wake up and take off on the boat to fish. The cabin had everything we needed and was so peaceful! We will definitely be back.
