There was no cable or dish TV, only streaming, if you have a subscription. If not, you have to pay for TV. No ice or water in the refrigerator. The beds were firm/uncomfortable. The furniture is older and uncomfortable. The location is great! If these few changes are made, it would be an excellent vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great. Lots of games and puzzles available, we’ll set up. Water pressure was a bit lacking in the hall shower but everything was fine overall.

My family came to town for a funeral unfortunately, and despite the sad circumstance of our visit, this house worked out perfectly for us. We didn't do any cooking over our stay, but the coffee maker worked great and the kitchen was plenty stocked in case we did want to cook. The beds were also very comfortable. The one small (temporary) challenge we had was not being able to get the heater to come on initially, so I called the property manager number for advice, which ended up being a phone system, and I was on a hold for several minutes before I hung up. Thankfully, we subsequently figured out the heater on our own so I never did speak to anyone for assistance, however I wasn't crazy about the phone system, so for this reason I gave only 2 stars for property management. Other than that, it was a lovely stay at this beautiful home and we really enjoyed all the patriotic and fun decor throughout the house. Thank you so much to the Owners for sharing your lovely home.

All one level, two living rooms on one side of the house andthe other side of the house was the bedrooms, perfect layout for early sleepers and late niters, lots of great unique knick knacks

This house was fine. The beds are comfortable (although one is antique and VERY high off of the ground with very springy springs), the towels and linens nice/new, and the kitchen is well stocked (plenty of pots and pans, spices, etc.). The beach chairs and beach towels also came in handy! The place feels on the older side and recently vacated by a senior citizen, although it has newer paint, appliances, eLock, etc. It’s also a bit dim (the photos make it appear much brighter than the reality) and the seating areas and furniture were all on the older/less comfortable side. It’s also chock full of red, white and blue decor and lots of Americana-themed antiques. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, the home is in a largely quiet and residential neighborhood, and also close to a big grocery store, pharmacy and a few strip malls with takeout/shopping but a bit further to the beach, etc.

This was the most inviting place I've stay. Definitely try to there everytime I come to visit. Thank you for everything.
