The house was beautiful, clean, arranged perfectly. Enjoyed lighting fireplaces at night, kitchen was excellent, all lovely.

We loved our stay at this home. It felt very roomy, with a variety of spaces for relaxing, and conversations-inside and out. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

It’s a comfortable place. Lots of stairs though. A good place for a family. It was clean with good amenities.

House smelled of mildew. Neighbors to the left make it known that you are unwelcome, either from their sign pointed at the door that you are not welcome, their camera also pointed at the door recording you, or audibly telling you to stay inside. Would not stay here again. Additionally, someone was entering the house during the day and opening windows in master bedroom. This was not only creepy but gave my family a sense of unease. If it was the property management team, great! Just let us know.

The property completely met our needs. It was spacious, had a great balcony out front and everything we needed. The only negative was tight parking on occasion. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I had a large group.

Not cleaned properly, food crumbs on floor in dining and kitchen, leak (standing water) in first floor water water, mildew there and mold in upstairs shower, smoke alarm battery low and beeping in upstairs bedroom so we had to sleep downstairs. The person overseeing the property, when I talked to him on the phone, suggested we stand on “barstool” to reach alarm and take out battery. Had to leave after first night and stay at a hotel due to bad reaction to mildew/mold. They had scheduled a plumber to come while we were there (instead of between guests). Overall poor maintenance and bad management. I expect a full refund, waiting to hear back from Vacasa on this.

Great location and wonderful space. We had a party of five and never felt cramped. We really appreciated the back patio, grill and fireplace. The central location was really nice as a base for our exploration of the Seattle area. The beds were all comfortable and clean and the living space was very nice and usable.

There are so many things that were a disappointment when arriving at the home. 1-The property has two different living quarters and the problem was it’s not marked very well and no lights on to see at night which steps to use. 2-The home was not cleaned. There was dust, human and animal hair all over the floors and stairs. 3-Kitchen had rings from where glasses had been sat there. Dishwasher had dishes in it (dirty/clean)? 4-Bathtubs/showers had hair, dust, urine stains on toilets, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap. 5. No clean towels, wash cloths in the bathrooms except for the one by each sink. Dryer was full of towels/washcloths, folded and distributed. 6-1 full size bed had linens. Dirty sheets/pillowcases top of washer/hamper full of dirty linens, ran a load. 3 remaining beds had 1 sheet/no pillowcases. 7-Notified Vacasa about the condition and was told that they needed more information and pictures, info and pics sent. Was first told someone would be out to rectify and that a service ticket was being created. Had to call 3 times and each time was told something different. The next day they delivered linens, soap, tp, and towels. Didn’t make beds with linens, left just inside foyer in a bag, left door unlocked. The lock battery was dead, we had to ask for code for physical key to lock door. I have pictures if interested. I’m sure I have forgotten something, BIG disappointment!!!
