The Location was great and it was spacious

We just feel that to improve it over all it needs a few things changed , like the window sills and fly wire screen cleaned as no air could come in or out of the upstairs bathroom also the spare blankets need to be washed or better yet upgraded the underlay in one of the bedrooms needed to be replaced as it was stained and there was none on the other queen bed at all the carpet needed to be cleaned as there where stains in One top bedroom the kitchen shelves needed a clean as it had stains crumbs in them ,also at the back door in the Laundry door needs replaced or fixed as it was extremely draughty , the power board in the lounge room was Dangerous and needs to be replaced one of the air conditioners needs a service as it’s extremely noisy the key to get into the house often didn’t work so that needs to be attended to if it’s not the key it’s then the door lock apart from this issues the place was great lm only saying this as a cleaner for 23 years and have done house keeping l do notice things l understand wear and tear but these things done and improve will ensure better comfort for guest using this amazing property l hope your not offended by me pointing out what needs to be done some people don’t care but as a guest these issue should be addressed thankyou kind regards Lynette J Elliott

Not much

We were charged $300 without our permission to our credit card for a pre-existing hole in the wall which our 3 year old put his finger in. We tried to discuss this matter with the agent and they refused to give us our money back! The residence in not clean, with stains on the beds and pillows The heating/cooling system did not work The property is unsafe for young children or anyone with mobility issues. The staircase is too steep and unlikely to comply with current building regulations

It was a very spacious place for being small, good for our family. It was great there were games and toys available for the kids.

Would've loved to have wifi, but we managed!
