Had a nice stay here, everything was nice and clean and peaceful

Property advertising breakfast and has a breakfast bar but no food and was placed in the entry way staying breakfast for guest. The hotel does need a remodel inside and definitely outside.

Really clean spacious nice view

The property could use some updates but overall their grade was 100 and our room was clean. The front desk was nice. Overall the stay was quiet and we didnt have any issues.

The room was pretty old but very clean. One of the staff seem to be very cold but I didn’t come here to make friends lol. This is a good property to relax after a long days hike and wake up the next morning looking at the stream sipping coffee. This is not the place for family vacation with kids or that kinda stuff. I would recommend this to my hiker friends.

The stay was okay. The smell in the room was a little odd. It seemed mostly clean besides the shower.

Cigarette burn in the bed comforter in a non smoking room, TV was smaller than what showed in the picture, carpet had tear marks in it,

This place has roaches, room worth the price, you get what you pay for. The rooms are spacious compared to surrounding areas though

Didn't have a microwave or mini fridge. Everything else was awesome.

Don't like you have no breakfast,could keep room and busy area cleaner.

Wasn't happy with stained and cigarette burnt bedspread.

The staff was very rude when i expressed a concern after breaking out all over my body. I was not trying to get anything from them just trying to make them aware. The attitude i got was we dont care, it is not our problem.

Check in was very unprofessional and unfriendly and check out was pretty much the same the person that checked me out was on a personal phone call she didn’t even say good morning or anything she basically asked me if I wanted a receipt no thank you or anything the door to the balcony had a1/2” gap under it the microwave looked like it was from the 70s very poor maintenance rusted railings on balcony just too much to list

They don't have the breakfast anymore website needs to be updated to say no breakfast just coffee, and the coffee pouch in the rooms could be better just go back to regular coffee pots..

Excellent value. The room was very spacious and had a private balcony overlooking the River. I wish we had stayed there longer

Sitting on the balcony and hearing the water was amazing!! Very relaxing

vERY COMFORTABLE bATHROOM COULD USE SOME UPDATE TO SOME ITEMS, SUCH AS TOILET TISSUE HOLDER AND SOME OTHER AREAS AROUND TUB. tHE COMMODE IS ENTIRELY TOO LOW.

The sheets were clean-one head board had pulled apart from frame and banged the wall every time you turned over. NO fridg NO micro iron no ironing board to use. Mold around tub and around wall paper that was loose from the wall. Carpet edges were ragged at doors. Could be a beautiful INN if the rooms were half as nice as it looked from outside

We loved the view of the river from our balcony. Being a hotel that rooms open to the outside, there was noise every time someone went by, especially with luggage. The room was clean, but it's an old hotel and could probably use some renovation. There was no minifridge in the room, but there was ice available for our small cooler.

We had to leave early due to my spouse having an allergic reaction to something in the room. She kept itching and scratching the whole time we were there. She was unable to sleep. We had reservations for 2 nights but were only able to stay 1 night. We were very disappointed. The washcloths were stained; the bedding was stained; there was a hole in the wall. We felt very uncomfortable during our stay, but had nowhere else to go. The pictures of the hotel online did not truly represent the truth about its condition. I've never been so disappointed.

1. Entering into the room i thought i was walking into a room from the 70’s. Very outdated and nothing like the pictures online when i made the reservation. I’m sure there’s a room somewhere that looks like the pictures. 2. Bathroom was awful!! I thought I was in a hospital room. The bathroom was just like a hospital bathroom with a shower chair. I had no idea that I was reserving a handicapped room!! The shower had a wad of hair in the drain!! 3. TV service was awful. 4. Will not be staying here again!!! I thought that paying a little more for the room and the jetted tub it would more updated and have a relaxing feel but i guess not. We actually left after the first night. no way i could stay another night. Good thing I’m only 2 hours from home. Very disappointed!! next time I’ll just pay the extra and. Stay in Gatlinburg!!!!
