My overall stay was good. The hotel staff were very pleasant and my room, which had a king bed and a pullout bed was compact but it served it's purpose. The room had the following amenities: -mini-fridge/ iron & table/ single cup coffee maker. It also had a balcony that opened up to go out for fresh air, however just enough to step out. The only cons that I noticed that affected me were the following: - no free coffee in the morning, available for purchase - only one elevator was working for my stay of 3 nights. At one point there were 9 people standing on the 1st floor trying to get to there rooms. - the back parking lot was a little to dark at night when you pull in to use the side entrance. And I did notice that the outside garbage can on the side was full majority of the time. Probably because that's where everyone dumps their trash on the way out to the car. The hotel was very easy to get to off of the freeway and there were plenty of spots to grab something to eat.

Comfortable bed. Shower wouldn’t drain, someone came in and lifted the cover of the drain and cleaned out the hair clogging the drain… Solid “waste” on a hand towel, gross. Dark carpet but visible stains. In room coffee pot didn’t work until I went to the desk and they gave me the correct part for the filter slide to adapt to. Key worked for room but not exterior door we parked near, so I had to walk all the way around. Wouldn’t stay again.

TV wasn’t working and I kept calling front desk and I eventually had to go downstairs to get help. When you’re on a schedule it’s hard to wait for repairs. The bathroom just need more attention on the side of the shower and always have extra toilet paper. And maybe not charge customer for parking

It was good. Could have used room service the second day. But not the end of the world

We had a great time. Everyone was so friendly. I slept so soundly. I will always stay here. =)

Not to bad room was pretty small but it was perfect for the 1 night

Contacted front desk about the cleanliness of my room notified them that my room smelled like mildew upon discovery of the smell I notify them and they said they’d send someone to come clean it right away. That person never came that night, but they did come the next day without my knowledge, and entered my room. according to their hotel policy, they can enter whenever they would like if there’s a maintenance issue “ “. Definitely won’t waste my money on that brand anymore.

Good clean place. The listing did not make CLEAR that parking is an extra $10/night. What they call a restaurant (open only for breakfast) is the free breakfast at other hotels except they charge you for it.
