Do Not Stay Here!! As if the bed wasn't bad enough, the room was infested with Cockroaches. Absolutely Disgusting!!

Place was horrible! Room smelled horrifically and the only soap in the bathroom was used under the plastic ot comes in. Disgusting place do not recommend unless you dont have a choice.

At check in the guy running the desk wouldn’t give me access to the bathroom while he took his sweet time checking me in. Once to the room I found the electronic lock on my room had wires hanging out of the back with batteries taped to it. There was no curtain on the bathroom window. They didn’t give me a single bed room like I had reserved and there was literally 6 inches between the bathroom door and the bed. It was the sketchiest hotel room I have ever been in. It was so bad I had to leave..

Great location. Clean room. But tons of trash bags on the ground around the dumpster. This has got to attract rats.

Bathroom and shower were in disrepair. Shower sprayed water all over the back of the toilet and the wall behind.from the showerhead fitting.

it was dated, dirty, smelled of smoke even though is was a "no smoking" room. guest upstairs sounded like they were in our room! place was a dump!

Rooms are run down. Bathroom is falling apart bathtub is dirty and nasty. Not worth the money.

For us: just say no. Disappointing to have $25 charge for early Check in. No smoking room reeked of smoke. Check in associate could have cared less. Room was in disrepair- coffee maker broken, bathroom had sealer/caulk all over. Hair in wash cloths. Outlet protruding from wall. Linens and curtains crazy wrinkled. Only positive was water temp and pressure Would have/ should have spent more elsewhere.

We had to leave the property immediately. We booked 3 rooms and they were all invested with cockroaches and bed bugs. It was incredible!

The place was ok. By what we read about it online we thought they offered Breakfast but they do not. Also our Toilet leaked! But we felt safe and comfortable enough.

Smelled like smoke (pot or cigar). The room next to me was a smoking room (?!). The bathroom sink had a pan underneath it because, repairing the elbow is just too difficult. Just not a good experience for me.

Bed sheets had holes in them, bedroom curtains had hole and blood all over it. Toilet didnt flush properly if at all. Linen smelled of garlic and spices. Blankets were dirty

Hotel was a little difficult to find being on a road that was separated by curbs. I had to make several illegal U turns to get into parking lot. Room was large and clean. There was a lot of noisy traffic most of the night but the hotel is right on the street so that is expected. Checkout is 11:00 and while gathering my bags to start packing up to leave at 9 am, there was a man - room cleaner - standing at my door when I opened it asking if I was leaving… felt creeped out rushed.

However, I was disappointed with the bed; it definitely needs to be replaced. It might be a good idea for the owner to invest in some upgrades for the bed and certain bathroom fixtures. ADEQUATE. Nothing more than a room. Its not in geat repair, or very clean. The staff members were polite and helpful. It served the purpose.

uninterested staff said turn off everything and lock the door when you leave, was basic.

Shower was hot but you could not change the settings of the shower head The tub was slippery. All the lights worked by the switch at the door didn’t connect to any lamp The price was good but if I had an option I would’ve paid a little more for a breakfast

I reserved a king bed smoking room. I called to confirm and asked ifthe doors to rooms were inside or outside. I let them know i was traveling alone and wouldn't feel safe with an outside door to the parking lot. They confirmed said all doors were inside hallways. NOT TRUE!!!!! When i checked in, the front desk he seemed concerned. He made a call and just kept responding to the person he called with hm, hmm. I was given the key card to rm. 130. Upon finding the room it wasmground level, door directly to the outside!! The door had to be shoved open with force to open. The curtains hadmeither human poop, or chocolate all over them. Tub was so dirty! I wiped it down with bleach. When i got in the bottom of the tub felt thin and i felt like i was sinking into the floor. It was spongy. The Fawcett in the sink was not attached! You had to pull up to turn on, when you do the whole thing lifted up! And sprayed sideways too. Neighbors got loud at 9:30 pm. Bedspread had some white hard stuff on it. I traveled from Maine for a funeral, this was the most depressing, disgusting, unsafe room I've ever seen. I use to work at motels. This is beyond substandard. It also had no battery in the smoke detector, the door was still open. And the wall outlets were all half hanging off the walls. My phone wouldn't charge! I was worried id miss the funeral. Id like some actual feedback from this establishment. I do not blame housekeeping, the surfaces were clean.

The room was shabby and the floors were dirty, my wife needed to use the bathroom when our key card wouldn’t work again,so she asked the person behind the counter if the bathroom was opened and they said it’s got “plumbing “ issues,funny I saw one of the employees come out of there. The service dog was free but no place to walk your dog. I was told that because I booked through another company they can’t get my name submitted for Choice Rewards. My wife and I stayed there twice “first and last time “

The smell was so bad in the room . The couch look like something out of a dumpster. I would not even put my luggage down. There was a dirty sanitary pad in trash can in bathroom. I have told everyone about this place. I was so disappointed I was ready to spend night in my car. They would not give me a refund immediately I have to contact my card.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Holes in the walls, dirty curtains, no battery in the smoke detector. Do not stay here until after they finish the renovations they may be doing (the floor did look new)

Staff was very friendly and very helpful, the room and the bathroom was nice and clean, I enjoyed my stay here.

From the outside, it is very pretty...it appears as though they are doing some remodeling...there is no carpeting in the room, etc. but the floors/bathroom/etc still need to be cleaned. Someone had been given a haircut in the bathroom and hairs were all over the shower, bathroom floor, bed pillow, etc. When walking around the room with just clean white socks...the socks became black with dirt in just a few minutes. They need a little more work.

The hotel was clearly undergoing some remodeling. The room was dated and had some damage. Great area though...

So my children and I stayed here for one singular night. Checked in for 3pm and was informed there is not a coffee service as advertised, however there’s coffee in the room. I arrived to my room we were assigned and immediately could tell the room was not cleaned from prior use. I informed the housekeeping and they went straight in. After waiting a additional 10 minutes, which normally I wouldn’t mind for the sake of having a clean room 3 housekeepers exited the room and said it was all set. I could tell immediately they didn’t change the sheets or blankets and they only had remade the beds. The room had a foul, musty scent. The walls have multiple small holes, and stains throughout the room on the windows, furniture, and bedding. But truly the thing that threw me for a loop is the very obvious black mold on the bathroom wall and ceiling. Due to the fact we didn’t have any other options for the night we had to stay here. The shower pressure is terrible and there isn’t hot water, Luke warm at best. Beds are old spring mattresses, but they’re not the worst either. Only pros for this stay are: room has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, it has free wifi, and decent amount of channels to choose from. For the price per night this is too much for the lackluster quality. I’d personally rate then 1.5-2 stars. We will not be returning.

We ended up canceling our room because it was totally unacceptable. Have not as yet received my credit.

Its always quiet there and you are left alone. I don't like that they come in our room but all they do is empty the trash and put in toilet paper if u need it. If they are going to come in the room. make the beds clean the floors
