It was an older and dated hotel but clean and very comfortable.

Check in was easy if not a little slow but that was the computer. Was in a king suite and it was huge.looked into the breakfast but it didn’t look too appealing

Will stay at this hotel again. The night before we stayed at a brand new hotel that was literally disgusting. This is an older hotel but it was clean!

The only thing I didn't like was there was nothing to close while changing in the bathroom. A little curtain would work. If you are traveling with children, you will not have privacy. Other then that it was great!

Great stay. Staff was attentive when our tv stopped working and came right over to fix it. I even left my personal pillow and they are holding it for me.

Excellent location. Staff was ok, not very friendly but not rude. There was a weird whistle at night that we think was the water pipes from surrounding rooms. It lasted for about 30 minutes then went away. Overall nothing was horrible and we would stay there again.

All normal things were good, itnwas clean, comfortable. Shower was strange, pressure fading off to almost zero every couple minutes. When pressure would come back the temperature would be considerably cooler for a few seconds. The wifi was intermittent and week.

There was ample parking, great service late at night and early in the morning, and spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is within short walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, coffee spots, etc.

Our only complaint was an over powering scent of cleaner upon opening the door to our room. We had to leave to door open for about an hour to dispel it. The girl at the front desk was not very welcoming and did not go over the breakfast details.

They did not have an elevator and they had no bottom floor rooms. I recently had knee replacement and it was very tough going up the stairs and carrying luggage up.

An older motel but clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival, SUU campus and to several restaurants. We did not use our car the entire time we stayed. Decent breakfast, but the same every morning. Would be nice if they had granola available for the yogurt.

This is my second stay at this property and, once again, I found it to be more than satisfactory. I loved the recessed bedroom with the king bed. The staff was personable and responsive, the breakfasts were more than adequate, and the location was convenient to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. My only complaint, and this is not one that Best Western can do much about, was the street noise. I'll likely come back to this hotel and will request a room more distant from Main Street.

The property needs to be remodeled and updated. The checkin in staff was friendly enough but not very professional or knowledgeable about the big half marathon event I was in town for.

It is a basic motel and fine for a one night stay.

I booked two rooms. We are one immediate family of five. I put in the request notes when booking to please try to put the rooms together. I called the hotel directly the night before to ask that our rooms be put together. The woman looked me up and said it was already in my notes but I should call back in the morning. I did and was told rooms would not be assigned until the afternoon. We checked in at 4:00pm and the two rooms were not close and I was told there was nothing more they could do. I will go somewhere else next time. Not good for booking multiple rooms.

If you’re in town for the Utah Shakespeare Festival, this is a solid choice. Our bathroom was tiny, but the water pressure and temperature control in the shower were excellent. Our room was immaculate (thanks to housekeeper Rosa Vélez). The complimentary breakfast included a decent range of selections. Most important for us, it’s only a half-mile walk to the festival grounds, with several good restaurants along the way. I’ll bring my own pillow next time, though, because the ones in our room were too firm for my liking and left me with a crick in my neck for a week.
