Everyone was extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Shower was large plenty of hot water.

I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't provide a microwave in the room. Toher than that the room was very nice, very clean. I'd have given a 5☆ review if the miceowave was provided.

The hotel had everything you need: pool, Fitness breakfast all more than adequate. Friendly and competent staffing. I’m likely to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Great stay the room was excellent. Bed was comfy and shower was great.
If there has to be something negative it would be the remote as it was hard to use not sure what the problem was but didnt work the greatest. Could have been weak batteries not sure. But breakfast befor leaving was very good as well...

Nice hotel for the price but the heat/AC was stuck on it was either freezing or too hot. When I turned it off it wouldn’t shut off. I had a baby sleeping near it in a pack and play so I was concerned about him all night. Very minimal breakfast but ok

Arriving at night and not being familiar with Bangor, we found the roads around the hotel a little confusing. Had we not had our phones on airplane mode, we would have been able to use the Maps GPS to find it. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay

The hotel was super busy but the service was still top notch. All of the staff we interacted with were super kind, the breakfast service was busy and they kept up with it and kept the dining area clean and organized.

This hotel was spotless! It was modern, comfortable, and very clean. The airport is nearby so every once in a while you hear a plane take off/land but not bothersome. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk personnel were very pleasant. We had a choice of floors and choose the first floor. Big mistake. This is a pet friendly hotel and when we turned on the heat the room smelled like dog. The carpet also felt like it needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was good.

We. Found the hotel very noisy. Our room was overlooking the parking lot and main entrance. Very noisy well into the night. 2 am there is your bus running just below our window, people coming and going.
Usually beds at Fairfield Inns are very comfortable, but that mattress felt very old and uncomfortable

I enjoyed the area and the hotel ajd the pool. My only real complaint is that i was placed in a room with an adjoining door, 2 out of my 3 nights the people in that room were very noisy and the sound proofing at the door was terrible.

Attractive and comfortable room. I don’t know Bangor so I didn’t realize how little was available nearby. Made my way downtown for dinner. Only staying one night fortunately. The property itself is lovely but will choose a place with more restaurants and shopping if staying in the area again.

Everything was great, friendly staff, great service and considering it was fully booked for a concert, it was really quiet!

I love eco- friendly but there was no place to hang your towels to dry if you wished to use them again. The bathroom needs a grab bar in the shower and hooks or racks for towels. Other than that it was a lovely experience.
