This is a great location for going to and from the Rose Parade and related events, as well as the Santa Anita Racetrack. We enjoyed our stay and the nearby restaurants like The Derby. We also enjoyed the close oriental restaurants. This was a good stay for our group.

Nice place in a good area. Room was clean, quiet and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an early appointment so we missed breakfast but it smelled amazing.

Everything was great except 1) the curtain wasn't able to be drawn completely closed allowing light into room. The curtain track is missing a couple of feet. 2) wished the tub water volume was adjustable. Like to be able to wash my feet daily and too much water is wasted down the drain.

I had another good experience at Hampton Inn in Arcadia. The free breakfasts were good and filling. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient.

Our stay was wonderful! We just needed one night as our daughter was competing at Arcadia High school the next morning. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was really good. There were many people there for the same reason, the buffet was packed, but the staff was AMAZING! The food was replenished, stocked, and there was no delay getting what we needed. You can tell the hotel is managed very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean, staff very polite friendly and helpful. Mould in shower - needs a refurb. Very noisy - possibly AC or boiler external to room. Would be good to provide some gluten and dairy free options for breakfast, as many suffer from allergies/intolerances these days. I had to buy food to take into the breakfast room.

Hampton Inn’s location was perfect. Close to highway 210, but far enough to see the beautiful mountains, not the highway. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. My favorite part was no fee for parking :).

Clean room, friendly staff, and ok breakfast. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants too. The power outlets in the room are the only downside. They were all worn out and need to be replaced. Plug-ins won't stay in/hold in place.

My cousins and I reserved 5 rooms. Everything was perfect. We had travelled hundreds of miles to be there so at breakfast (which was excellent) we were able to visit and catch up with each other. Also, you have the best pillows in the business.

When I checked in (after I had called and requested an early check in) the desk clerk said the room was not ready...then I said I asked for an earlier check in. He then corrected himself and said the room was ready.

Dog friendly, clean, convenient, easy parking, comfortable bed, room comfortable size with King Bed and sofa and desk & chair, refridge, and not cramped. Nice new bathroom and shower. Overall, very satisfied.

This is our family first time staying at the Hampton Arcadia/Pasadena. Loves the ease of checking in. The check in staffs are friendly and nice. Loves the big free and easy parking garage/lot. Free hot breakfast. The surrounding areas is perfect, lot of restaurant (Asian/Italian/American etc). Great 2 queen suite size for 4. Bathroom/shower room is nice and clean. Loves the family’s size shampoo/condition bottles. Housekeeper making sure it refilled at all time. This helps the environment. Small bar soap is provided. There is a an outdoor swimming pool. But we didn’t check it out as we don’t have enough time during this trip. The price is right (free parking and free hot breakfast). Will definitely returning and recommend to our friends and everyone.

Lovely hotel near Santa Anita race track. Only complaint is the same as virtually every US hotel and that is the amount of disposable plastic and rubbish used at breakfast.

This Hampton Inn is another model of Motel 6 .. The Beds are not clean , Bed sheets looks old . Shampoo bottles were empty

The staff at check in were super friendly. I received my room key, went to the room to find maintenance in there. Before I could ask how much time he needed, there was an attitude. He got super upset and called down immediately. I was caught in an awkward situation so proceeded back down to ask for another room. I stayed in 218. The cleanliness was lacking. Hair in the shower, a repair made to the ceiling without paint, and a dirty baseboards and corners. I had higher expectations for a Hilton property.
