Beautiful place to stay very family friendly. If I come back to the area I'll definitely book here again! Thank you for the wonderful service

Stay was fine. Linens were clean and comfy. But the room is rundown, the shower head sprays everywhere and needs replaced or cleaned better. Lots of limescale in the tub. And the heat/AC unit under the window kept shutting off at night (had to keep jiggling the plug to make it come back on) so we were pretty cold

This was a nice family friendly hotel with a great pool and hot tub. The sauna doesn’t heat up properly. The wifi is intermittent and I found myself using my data frequently d/t the wifi not working well. They have laundry rooms on site and sell detergent packets which was great. This hotel is very close to downtown Midland which was great. I think they should leave an extra blanket in the room as I found it a little cold to sleep. The only thing I found frustrating was using a third party like Expedia to book I was not quoted properly for the additional municipal tax. This was a problem as our room was funded for medical travel so I needed to pay what I had reserved. I think this is largely a problem with Expedia and not the Hotel but the Hotel acknowledged guests have been having difficulties with this so I think hotel management should make it a priority to resolve this issue with Expedia so guests don’t have to deal with problems at check in. It was not easy to resolve and was a hassle with a tired child waiting to check in in (45 min or more on phone with Expedia) . Otherwise no complaints and would stay again if needed.

Hotel was very nice and clean. They were able to group those of us from north bay together even though we checked in on different nights

Room was clean. Pool area was very unclean. The breakfast wasn’t that appealing. The building could use some fixing up in a lot of places

Great location and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there's lots of dining options near the hotel. At the end of the day it is a 3 star hotel, the value is great but it is a little old and outdated. Our shower had some nasty adhesive from an old bath mat stuck to the bottom. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, and had a nasty smell. The sauna was the saving grace though. If you're looking for good value and a quick stay I think you'd be happy with Quality INN. If you want a nice hotel with cool amenities you might want to temper your expectations or look elsewhere.

I ordered a suite. They gave me a regular room.
