We always enjoy our stay at this hotel and will be back.

This was our third stay at the quality inn. We always go for pool and hot tub as our boys are avid swimmers and the pool is a nice size and usually quite warm. Price is always on point and affordable.

Our only complaint was the pool temperature and hot tub cleanliness. The pool is always quite warm but our latest stay that wasn’t the case. The hot tub had a stagnant smell and things were floating in it.

I didn’t have the breakfast, room was nice, tv was to small for size of the room, couch was not vary comfortable for watching tv , pool looked vary inviting but I didn’t use it.

Not a big fan of the stairs seniors should have the option of ground floor. First night after parking my CORVETTE vary carefully away from everyone a car parked close enough when thay opened there door took a large paint chip out of my door. So it made for an expensive couple of days.

All in all after fixing room problem it was great.

Great --breakfast, pool, the second room that we moved in was clean and wonderful.

They gave us a room in the separate part of the main building with outside doors, The room was dirty, someone had used purple hair dye or paint which had not been cleaned up. Carpet not vacuumed .

The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. The sitting area near the pool was great for catching up with family and playing cards.

heads up- sauna takes a few minutes to warm up. which would be expected.

Everyone in our group was extremely happy.

Front counter people were excellent. Breakfast staff very accommodating

Need a rake for the pool table and the cues need new ends put on.

Staff was very friendly upon check in, and friendly breakfast staff and housekeeping as well. Clean room and very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy!

I hope to return when I come to the area again.

It was very comfortable and located close to shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast with lots of tables and lounging areas to meet with other family that was also staying at the same hotel. Beautiful pool and hot tub where families and children could enjoy.

Breakfast was good and price was right.

Cleanliness was questionable. The place was old and many things looked that way (ie. bathroom tile was broken, show did not work well). Hot tub water looked dirty despite it being filled that morning. Not sure why? Temperature around the pool was quite cold making it less then comfortable.

As expected, I didn't have high expectations!

Clean and efficient check in.

Breakfast with dishes instead of disposables. Was dissapointed that the Library Restaurant was not open. Pool--shower was not working. Would have been nice to know that there was no change room for the pool.

The windows that look inside the main building are a little strange but not a big deal.

clean, nice pool , comfortable beds. front desk staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. good location and nice breakfast in a nice space.

Glad to have had a room on that weekend, however would chose a different option of having to got back to Midland.

rooms may need refreshing staff ok but seemed happier to see us leave than arrive…
