So the front desk person was super rude so that kind of soured the sty before it started. Also 60 buck for overnight parking and then a resort fee that didn’t include the parking??? Just seemed overly expensive for nothing very special at all. Also it was horrible to have your windows overlook g the area where the fire tables are where people are out all night. So noisy. Worst stay would not stay here again.

Just an average one-night stay hotel experience. I was surprised by the $33.00 resort fee which was not mentioned in any of the online hotel information.

No slippers is terrible. Shower was broken. Didn't clean the trash on the table. No water after the first day. Not a 4 star hotel at all.
Breakfast is excellent for the room price (assuming it's included in your booking)

The hotel is located in a tourist area. The room has nice furnishings. The bed was comfortable. My big complaint is the bathroom sink area. The light built in to the mirror make looking in the mirror difficult. The water pressure is ridiculously low. It makes shaving difficult. Bad choice by management.

Great hotel in the perfect location to enjoy all the city has to offer. The cable car turning point was nearby, as was Pier 39 and the Ghiradelli square at Fisherman’s Wharf - all within walking distance. Lots of options for breakfast and nice rooms too, although the bathroom was a little small. Would certainly come back here again.

Everything was good. The only problem was that the people in the room above me were really loud, we could hear every step they took walking in their room.

A wonderful stay in SF! The hotel is updated, clean. We had a nice view of the cityscape. The staff was wonderful.The hotel is one block away from the Skywheel, three from pier 39, five or so from Scomas. The breakfast was perfect for the grandsons. We will stay here again.

The front desk employee Odette was very accommodating, and friendly . The hotel is 1 block away from pier 39. It’s very clean from inside out. My teenage kids loved the included buffet breakfast which is very organized and clean. My family felt safe, secured and comfortable during our 2 nights stay. All employees are very helpful. Thank you.

The hotelwas nice clean room. My only issue was that you could hear the people upstairs walking all night long! Not a good night sleep at all. It felt like the roof was going to falll on us. Dont stay in room 3414

Overall the stay was great. The only thing are the bathroom in our room was EXTREMELY small. You have to stand on the side of the toilet or step into the shower to close the bathroom door. I’m a plus size woman so this made going to the bathroom an adventure.

Great location. Walking distance to pier 39. Pool is outdoors and def not heated. Breakfast was delightful but super chaotic with all the people. Room was decent.

Great hotel, very clean, could hear hallway conversations and bathroom was small but for 1-2 nights ideal! Parking is $50 but as expected and better than a smashed window. I would return and amazing breakfast bar.

Friendly courteous and helpful staff. Great amenities like wide array of breakfast choices and hours, the outside fire pits, the decor. Great location near Fisherman's Wharf and Powell Street Cable Car Turnaround. Accessible secure garage if renting a car with access to all points of the city including the Golden Gate Bridge and the less than one hour trip to the stunningly tall redwoods of Muir Woods.

My daughter and I had a great trip. This hotel is in a perfect spot to enjoy fisherman's wharf. Everything is right there. I felt safe the whole time. We were in after dinner.

This hotel is located within a 2-minute walk to Fisherman's wharf. The area is safe and the Vintage street cars stop right at the door. The hotel itself is extremely clean, modern, and had the most comfortable beds. The complimentary morning breakfast was the best I have ever seen in any hotel I have ever stayed in. A complete Buffet of hot fresh foods. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the room I was in had a lot of noise from people passing by and talking loudly and the window overlooked the hotel entrance...noise from people, cars...difficult to rest

You wanted to charge me for everything, using a microwave.. it was like 20 dollars. To use a microwave for like 2-3 mins. And then I said i have a clas so can I check out jsut 40 mins late, charge for that would’ve been 35 dollars an hours. This is so stupid. Clean hotel but very money hungry ppl.

The hotel is great and close to all the tourist stuff. The breakfast is great and will set you up for the day. San Francisco is a disaster though and needs a lot of work.

Breakfast was great, location amazing. We were locate in Room 1226 ( first floor) and it was really noisy from 5 to 6 am I think that probably there was a services room in top of us and last night there were people screaming on the lobby until 11:30 pm. I will suggest have complementary coffe on the lobby’s

First time at this hotel and we loved it! Super nice staff and so close to everything too. Also appreciated the breakfast buffet, it’s great for kids cause they can be picky eaters.
